文化产业科技人员工作满意度的调查与分析——以天津市为例

【摘要】:文化产业中的科技人员是实现文化与科技深度融合的最能动要素,其工作满意水平直接影响自身科技创新活动。基于工作满意度理论,通过深度访谈、小组座谈、问卷调查等多种社会调查方法,在386份有效问卷的基础上,利用描述性统计、因子分析、逐步多元线性回归、相关性分析等方法实证研究了天津市文化产业科技人员工作满意度水平、主要影响因素及其与创新、创业意愿之间的相关关系。结果表明,天津市文化产业科技人员工作满意度处于中等水平;主要影响因素为管理制度与个人实现、工作环境和人际关系;工作满意度对文化产业科技人员科技创新意愿、职业流动具有显著影响。
[Abstract]:The scientific and technological personnel in the cultural industry are the most dynamic elements to realize the deep integration of culture and science and technology, and their level of job satisfaction directly affects their own scientific and technological innovation activities. Based on the theory of job satisfaction, through in-depth interviews, group discussions, questionnaires and other social survey methods, on the basis of 386 valid questionnaires, the use of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, stepwise multiple linear regression, Relevance analysis and other methods empirically studied the level of job satisfaction of scientific and technological personnel in Tianjin cultural industry, the main influencing factors and their correlation with innovation and entrepreneurial willingness. The results show that the job satisfaction of the scientific and technological personnel in the cultural industry in Tianjin is at a medium level, the main influencing factors are management system and personal realization, work environment and interpersonal relationship, job satisfaction to the scientific and technological innovation willingness of the scientific and technological personnel in the cultural industry. Job mobility has a significant impact.
