大连文化产业发展对策研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的发展,知识在经济增长中发挥着越来越重要的作用,文化和文化产业为越来越多的国家和地区带来经济利益,文化产业已逐渐成为各国的支柱产业。与美、英、日等发达国家相比,中国文化产业起步较晚,在国际市场上缺乏竞争力,所占比重较小。但在近几年来,中国政府逐步将目光转向文化产业领域,更多地关注文化及文化产业,其重视度也越来越高,文化产业有了较快的发展。 本文以产业理论和经济增长理论为指导,以文献资料、数据等为依据,分析大连文化产业发展的实际情况,借鉴国内外文化产业园区的成功经验,在此基础上提出建立大连文化产业园区的构想,论证方案可行性并提出相适应的对策。大连文化产业走集聚区的发展模式,希望有助于解决在发展中面临的问题,更好地促进大连文化产业的发展。把大连文化产业园区建设成大连市文化、科技、旅游融合示范区,中国国家级文化产业示范园区和东北亚新领军文化经济合作示范区,实现大连经济的快速增长。 本文共分为四章,第一章为绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义,对国内外相关学者近几年在文化产业领域的研究情况进行了梳理,分别从概念理论、发展理论和实践理论三方面进行研究综述,同时概括了本文的研究内容和研究方法,并画出了技术路线。第二章是对大连文化产业发展现状进行分析,在描述大连文化产业整体发展概况的基础上,对大连文化产业的发展进行SWOT分析,通过对优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面的综合分析,深层次理清大连文化产业的发展现状,发现目前存在的问题并找出成因。第三章首先提出大连文化产业发展的理论依据,在充分借鉴国内外文化产业园区成功经验的基础上,提出建设大连文化产业园区的构想,从产业结构布局和产业空间布局两大方面提出战略布局方案,并对建立大连文化产业园区进行经济效益测算,论证方案的可行性。第四章是在前面几章的基础上,提出有针对性的对策建议,为大连文化产业园区的发展提供保障。最后一部分是本文的结论以及对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, knowledge plays a more and more important role in economic growth. Culture and cultural industries bring economic benefits to more and more countries and regions, and cultural industries have gradually become the pillar industries of all countries. Compared with the developed countries, such as the United States, Britain and Japan, China's cultural industry starts late and lacks competitiveness in the international market. However, in recent years, the Chinese government has gradually turned its attention to the field of cultural industry and paid more attention to culture and cultural industry. Under the guidance of industry theory and economic growth theory, based on the literature and data, this paper analyzes the actual situation of Dalian cultural industry development, and draws lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign cultural industrial parks. On this basis, this paper puts forward the conception of establishing Dalian Cultural Industrial Park, demonstrates the feasibility of the scheme and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is hoped that the development mode of Dalian cultural industry will be helpful to solve the problems in the development and promote the development of Dalian cultural industry. Dalian Cultural Industry Park will be built into Dalian City Culture, Science and Technology, Tourism Integration demonstration Zone, China National Cultural Industry demonstration Park and Northeast Asia New leading Cultural and Economic Cooperation demonstration Zone, to achieve rapid economic growth in Dalian. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, introduced the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign scholars in recent years in the field of cultural industry research were combed, respectively from the concept theory, The development theory and practice theory are summarized, the research contents and methods are summarized, and the technical route is drawn. The third chapter first puts forward the theoretical basis for the development of Dalian cultural industry, on the basis of drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign cultural industry park, puts forward the concept of constructing Dalian cultural industry park. This paper puts forward the strategic layout plan from two aspects of industrial structure layout and industrial space layout, and calculates the economic benefits of establishing Dalian Cultural Industrial Park, and proves the feasibility of the scheme. The fourth chapter is based on the previous chapters, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to provide protection for the development of Dalian Cultural Industrial Park. The last part is the conclusion of this paper and the outlook for the future.
