鄂尔多斯文化产业发展与运营研究

【摘要】：鄂尔多斯文化产业理论发展方面存在欠缺,不能为实践发展起到更好的指导作用；鄂尔多斯文化产业实践发展中由于自身体制、管理政策的不完善以及思想观念上的误区,出现了文化产业经营获利方式不当,文化产业发展失衡,职业道德素质低下等现象。本文立足鄂尔多斯文化产业发展现状进行研究,对文化产业发展中存在的问题和矛盾进行分析探讨,以期进行文化产业对策、政策调整研究使文化产业更加规范、健康有序的发展,为国民经济发展做出更大的贡献。 本文针对鄂尔多斯文化产业的发展现状进行分析研究,指出了鄂尔多斯文化产业理论、鄂尔多斯文化产业实践发展中存在的问题,探讨构建鄂尔多斯文化产业理论内容体系的必要性；并从经济学和文化两个角度规范了文化产业的概念涵义；从人的发展角度说明了文化产业的本质,对于更通俗的理解文化产业概念涵义,阐释文化产业对促进人的自我完善发展,促进全社会文明程度的整体进步方面有重要作用；最后从文化产业的环境秩序、文化产业的保障机制、文化产业的管理机制等方面,阐述了发展文化产业采取的相应对策措施。 鄂尔多斯文化产业发展现状及其发展战略的研究,对于规范文化产业保障体系,使文化产业健康有序的发展有重要意义；进行文化产业概念涵义的分析研究,对于丰富我国文化产业理论体系内容,深入认识理解党的十七届六中全会精神以及政府有关文件中论述的文化产业相关政策有积极作用。文化产业作为文化生产力对鄂尔多斯社会经济发展的提高将产生重大作用。
[Abstract]:The development of Ordos cultural industry theory is deficient and can not play a better guiding role in the practice development of Ordos cultural industry, because of its own system, imperfect management policy and misunderstanding in ideology. There are some phenomena such as improper profit-making mode, unbalanced development of cultural industry and low quality of professional ethics. Based on the status quo of the development of cultural industry in Ordos, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems and contradictions in the development of cultural industry, in order to carry out the countermeasures of cultural industry, and the policy adjustment research to make the cultural industry more standardized. Healthy and orderly development, for the development of the national economy to make greater contributions. This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the development of the cultural industry in Ordos, points out the problems existing in the theory of the cultural industry in Ordos, and the problems existing in the practice of the development of the cultural industry in the Ordos. This paper probes into the necessity of constructing the theoretical content system of Ordos cultural industry, standardizes the concept and meaning of cultural industry from the angle of economics and culture, and explains the essence of cultural industry from the angle of human development. For a more popular understanding of the concept of cultural industry meaning, explain the cultural industry to promote the self-improvement of human development, promote the overall progress of the whole social civilization; finally, from the cultural industry environmental order, This paper expounds the corresponding countermeasures for the development of the cultural industry from the aspects of the safeguard mechanism and the management mechanism of the cultural industry. The research on the present situation and development strategy of the cultural industry in Ordos is of great significance for standardizing the guarantee system of the cultural industry and making the cultural industry develop healthily and orderly. It plays a positive role in enriching the content of the theory system of cultural industry in our country, deeply understanding the spirit of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the relevant policies of the government related documents. As a cultural productivity, cultural industry will play an important role in improving the social and economic development of Ordos.
