南宁市文化产业发展战略研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, cultural industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy, and policies have been issued to encourage and support the development of cultural industry. How to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural industry under the background of the great development of cultural industry in Nanning is an urgent task to be studied. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation and external environment of the cultural industry in Nanning by using the method of SWOT analysis. The results show that Nanning has the advantages of development in market potential, cultural resources and weak sense of industry. Its competitiveness is not strong and other aspects of development weaknesses. At the same time, it faces the opportunities of the development of cultural industry and the development policy, as well as the fierce competition between the international and domestic markets. Based on the analysis of the SWOT model of Nanning's cultural industry, we put the overall strategic orientation of the development of Nanning's cultural industry as: to build Nanning into a leading position in Guangxi. At the same time radiation surrounding provinces of the regional cultural industrial center revitalization strategy. It can be divided into brand strategy, innovation and intellectual property protection strategy, talent and technology strategy and win-win strategy. At the same time, we will continue to implement in depth the development strategies of "establishing a city by culture" and "strengthening a city by culture", vigorously developing the cultural industry of Nanning, building Nanning into a strong city of culture, raising the cultural image of the city, and striving for 2030. The added value of cultural industry accounts for 10% of regional GDP. In view of this, we put forward some policy measures, such as changing ideas, setting up the concept of industry and market, excavating Nanning characteristic and high quality resources, carrying out brand driving strategy, strengthening the cultivation of talents, introducing work, establishing competitive incentive mechanism and so on.
