网络游戏产业性质及其调控探讨——基于青少年保护视角

【摘要】:刺激性、魅惑性和高黏性使网络游戏产业背负"原罪"恶名。现实生活中青少年网络游戏成瘾者不计其数,因网络游戏痴迷而引发的犯罪更是触目惊心。作为新兴文化产业,网络游戏产业需要发展,但作为特殊产业,网络游戏产业更需要规范和控制。最理想的治理模式是网络游戏业者和玩家自觉控制游戏烈度和游玩时间,但玩家的刺激性偏好及业者的嗜利本性将使这种市场的自我调节变得低效,甚至失灵。因此,政府调控、法律管控和社会监管必须多管齐下,将网络游戏产业的危害控制在玩家个体和整个社会可以承受的范围。
[Abstract]:Irritation, glamour and high viscosity make the online game industry bear the "original sin" notoriety. In real life, the number of internet game addicts is innumerable, and the crime caused by online game obsession is even more shocking. As a new cultural industry, the online game industry needs to develop, but as a special industry, the online game industry needs more regulation and control. The ideal governance model is that the online game operators and players consciously control the game intensity and play time, but the stimulative preference of the players and the selfish nature of the players will make the self-regulation of this kind of market become inefficient or even out of order. Therefore, government regulation, legal control and social supervision must be multi-pronged to control the harm of the online game industry in the gamer individual and the whole society can bear the range.
