基于资本禀赋的贵州民族地区返乡农民工创业研究

【摘要】：民族地区农民工返乡创业是关系民生的新话题。通过实地访谈,获取79名返乡农民工创业案例,分析表明,贵州民族地区返乡农民工创业具有自身的特点,尤其表现为一定的传统农业发展路径依赖特性,同时也面临着资本禀赋普遍不足的现实困境,需从人力资本、社会资本和资源资本等资本禀赋视角提出相应的创业支持体系,以期促进民族地区返乡农民工创业成长。
[Abstract]:It is a new topic related to people's livelihood for migrant workers in minority areas to return home and start their own businesses. Through field interviews, 79 migrant workers returning home to start their own business cases, the analysis shows that returning migrant workers in Guizhou ethnic areas have their own characteristics, especially for the traditional agricultural development path dependence characteristics. At the same time, it is also facing the realistic predicament that the capital endowment is generally insufficient. It is necessary to put forward the corresponding entrepreneurial support system from the perspectives of human capital, social capital and resource capital, in order to promote the entrepreneurial growth of migrant workers returning home in minority areas.
