MF航空公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:改革开放三十几年以来,随着经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,航空业正朝大众化的趋势发展,各大航空公司正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。与此同时,国内各大航空公司都在加速布局,国外航空公司对中国航空市场虎视眈眈,航空业的竞争也日益白热化。MF航空公司是一家按现代企业制度运行的航空公司,经过三十几年的快速发展,现在成为航空公司的一个优秀例子,从1987年至今已经连续30年盈利,这一点在国内独一无二,国际上也是凤毛麟角。“十三五”是一个转型升级的关键时期,是爬坡过坎快速发展的战略机遇期,在这新的历史时期,MF航空公司如何抓住机会继续做大做强,制定适合企业发展的可持续成长战略,对于企业来说尤为重要。本文通过运用战略管理的部分方法,从MF航空公司内外部环境入手,详细分析分析企业内部的资源和能力,外部的宏观和微观环境,总结出MF航空公司所面临的机会与威胁、存在的优势和劣势,运用SWOT分析方法对MF航空公司的战略选择进行匹配,最后给出MF航空公司的总体战略定位,并对实现战略目标,实现战略定位的实施手段进行初步的探讨。本文以MF航空公司为例,研究其发展战略,对当下中型航空公司提供了建议参考,希望对提升整个行业的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than three decades, with the development of the economy, the improvement of the people's living standard and the trend of the popularization of aviation industry, the major airlines are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. At the same time, all the major airlines in China are accelerating the layout, the foreign airlines are covetous with the Chinese aviation market and the aviation industry. The competition is becoming increasingly hot..MF Airlines is an airline running according to the modern enterprise system. After more than 30 years of rapid development, it has become an excellent example of the airline. It has been profitable for 30 years since 1987. This is a unique and rare international in China. "13th Five-Year" is one. The key period of the transformation and upgrading is the strategic opportunity period for the rapid development of the climbing ridge. In this new historical period, how MF Airlines seize the opportunity to continue to become bigger and stronger and make a sustainable growth strategy suitable for the development of enterprises is particularly important for the enterprises. This paper, through the use of strategic management methods, is from MF airlines. In the context of the environment, we analyze and analyze the internal resources and capabilities, the external macro and micro environment, and summarize the opportunities and threats that MF Airlines face, the advantages and disadvantages, and use the SWOT analysis method to match the strategic choice of MF airlines, and then give the overall strategic positioning of the MF airlines, and realize the implementation of the strategy. In this paper, we take MF airlines as an example to study its development strategy, and provide some suggestions for the present medium airlines, and hope to have some reference for the promotion of the development of the whole industry.
