用户创新与产学研用协同创新激励机制

【摘要】:从"产学研协同创新"到"产学研用协同创新",体现了技术创新的落脚点和市场导向。用户创新是当前开放式创新领域的热点问题,虚拟社区的繁荣发展为用户创新带来新的机会,基于虚拟社区的产学研用多元创新主体的生态化创新方兴未艾。从动态演化的角度将产学研用协同创新组织的生命周期划分为酝酿合作期、组建磨合期、市场化运行期和调整期四个不同的阶段。针对不同阶段产学研用协同创新的激励不足问题,分别设计出需求匹配、投资驱动、风险防范、绩效评估等不同的激励机制,并提出加强我国产学研用协同创新的政策建议。
[Abstract]:From "collaborative innovation of production, education and research" to "collaborative innovation of production, education and research", it embodies the foothold and market orientation of technological innovation. User innovation is a hot issue in the field of open innovation at present. The prosperity and development of virtual community bring new opportunities for user innovation. The ecological innovation based on virtual community is in the ascendant. From the angle of dynamic evolution, the life cycle of cooperative innovation organization in industry, university and research is divided into four different stages: brewing and cooperation period, forming running-in period, market-oriented running period and adjusting period. In order to solve the problem of insufficient incentive for collaborative innovation in different stages, different incentive mechanisms such as demand matching, investment drive, risk prevention and performance evaluation are designed respectively, and some policy suggestions are put forward to strengthen collaborative innovation in China.
