流程风险传导特征下的信息加工业务激励

【摘要】：企业制定合理的决策需要正确信息的支撑。信息加工业务是企业多部门协同合作按照确定的业务流程结构对基础信息进行加工处理从而得到决策所需信息的过程。员工行为错误产生的错误信息在业务流程上的传递过程会导致风险传导现象,前序部门产生的风险如果不能有效控制会引起后续部门产生新的风险,最终流出业务流程的错误信息应用于决策会造成损失。为了有效的降低业务风险,在分析业务错误传导特征基础上,结合现有激励理论研究成果提出了信息加工业务激励模型,探讨如何有效激励传导网络上各节点的员工提升业务正确率,降低业务风险。研究表明,当满足判定条件时企业选择激励员工,且激励程度受到各节点员工的努力成本、风险损失与业务次数影响。本研究揭示了信息加工业务错误传导模式,企业给予员工的最优激励数量和员工付出的最优努力水平之间的关系及其影响因素。
[Abstract]:Enterprises need the support of correct information to make reasonable decision-making. Information processing business is a process in which enterprises cooperate and cooperate with each other to process the basic information according to the defined business process structure so as to obtain the information needed for decision-making. The transmission of error information from employee behavior errors in the business process will lead to the phenomenon of risk transmission. If the risk produced by the pre-order department cannot be effectively controlled, it will cause new risks to follow-up departments. Error messages that eventually flow out of the business process will result in loss when applied to the decision. In order to reduce the business risk effectively, based on the analysis of the characteristics of business error transmission, the incentive model of information processing business is put forward, which is based on the existing research results of incentive theory. This paper discusses how to effectively motivate employees in the conduction network to improve business accuracy and reduce business risk. The research shows that when the decision conditions are satisfied, the incentive degree is affected by the effort cost, risk loss and business times of the employees at each node. This study reveals the model of error transmission in information processing business, the relationship between the optimal number of incentives given to employees by enterprises and the optimal effort level of employees, and its influencing factors.
