南通市企业员工满意度调查研究

【摘要】:随着中国加入WTO以来,经济高速发展,取得了全球瞩目的成就,国民生产总值位列世界第二,但是高的经济发展速度没有同步带来高的国民幸福感。只有企业中的员工满意度较高,进而才会使客户感到满意,企业才有可能健康长久的发展。哈佛大学有关员工满意度的调查显示:当员工的满意度增加3%,顾客满意度就相应增加5%,企业利润可相应增加25%~85%,由此可见,企业的员工满意度水平已经成为影响企业利润的关键因素。本文通过文献检索、问卷调查、面对面访谈、统计分析等方法,在前人研究的基础上,结合南通市企业和人口分布的特点,构建了信度很高且通过效度检验的调查问卷,以分层抽样和随机抽样的方法通过入户访问的形式完成了410份调查问卷的发放回收及数据整理。首先根据员工的个体特征进行描述性统计;其次结合SPSS统计软件进行T检验和方差分析探索分析员工满意度的主要影响因素;然后采用多分类有序反应变量logistic模型中的累积logit模型,以员工不同的人口属性和社会属性作为解释变量,各影响因素为被解释变量,研究不同的影响因素下,不同人口属性和社会属性员工的满意度之间的差别;最后结合结构方程模型计算出南通市企业员工的整体满意度指数。根据前文分析得出本文的研究结论,并在此基础上从多角度考虑提出提升员工满意度的针对性建议,希望以此为企业提高员工满意度的方法上提供一点启示和新的思路。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into the WTO, China's economy has developed at a high speed and has made great achievements in the world. The gross national product (GNP) ranks second in the world, but the high speed of economic development has not brought about a high level of national well-being. Only if the employee satisfaction in the enterprise is higher, and then the customers will be satisfied, and the enterprise can develop healthily and long-term. A Harvard survey on employee satisfaction shows that when employee satisfaction increases by 3%, customer satisfaction increases by 5%, and corporate profits increase by 25% to 85%. The level of employee satisfaction has become the key factor that affects the profit of the enterprise. Through literature retrieval, questionnaire survey, face-to-face interview, statistical analysis and so on, on the basis of previous studies and combined with the characteristics of enterprises and population distribution in Nantong City, this paper constructs a questionnaire with high reliability and pass validity test. Through door-to-door interview, 410 questionnaires were collected and collected by stratified sampling and random sampling. First, descriptive statistics are carried out according to the individual characteristics of employees; secondly, T-test and ANOVA are used to explore and analyze the main influencing factors of employee satisfaction with SPSS statistical software; Then the cumulative logit model in the logistic model of multi-classified ordered response variables is adopted. The different population attributes and social attributes of employees are taken as explanatory variables, and the influence factors are interpreted variables to study the different influencing factors. The difference between the satisfaction degree of employees with different population attributes and social attributes; Finally, the overall satisfaction index of employees in Nantong city is calculated by using the structural equation model. According to the analysis above, this paper draws a conclusion, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions to improve employee satisfaction from various angles, hoping to provide some enlightenment and new ideas for the method of improving employee satisfaction in enterprises.
