绿色金融与企业生态创新投入结构优化

【摘要】：以企业生态创新类型划分为基础,将企业生态创新投入结构优化区分为创新深度不同的两个层级,运用随机最优控制分析方法,将绿色金融作用参数化,揭示了企业生态创新投入动态最优决策以及绿色金融市场发展对两个层级结构优化的重要作用机制,并结合企业特质给出了仿真依据。研究认为,绿色金融是企业生态创新结构优化的必要条件而非充分条件;绿色金融通过缓解企业绿色资金束紧,调节企业生态创新认识、创新风险与收益结构,进入企业决策函数来发挥作用;以设计良好且有效配合的绿色金融与环境政策来引导和教育企业、促进企业生态创新文化的积极演进具有重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the division of the enterprise's ecological innovation type, the structure optimization of the enterprise's ecological innovation is divided into two levels different from the innovation depth. The stochastic optimal control analysis method is used to parameterize the green financial function. The dynamic optimal decision-making of the enterprise's ecological innovation and the important mechanism of the development of the green financial market to the two-level structure optimization are revealed, and the simulation basis is given in the light of the characteristics of the enterprise. The research holds that the green finance is a necessary and not sufficient condition for the optimization of the enterprise's ecological innovation structure; the green finance plays a role in the decision-making function of the enterprise by easing the tightening of green funds of the enterprise, adjusting the knowledge of the enterprise's ecological innovation, the innovation risk and the income structure, and entering into the decision function of the enterprise; It is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide and educate the enterprises and to promote the positive evolution of the enterprise's ecological innovation culture.
