【摘要】：随着中国通信行业移动数据业务的飞速发展,对讲业务作为数据增值业务延伸到手机领域成为PTT一键通业务,PTT是Push-To-Talk的英文缩写,PTT对讲业务是一种全新的移动技术,具体操作是只要用户按下PTT键就可以快速地进行一对一或者一对多通话,使用的方式和使用传统对讲机并没有区别,都是使通讯快速、有效。PTT快速接通的特性满足了移动用户对群组通信和实时性的要求,它是传统语音业务和短消息业务的另外一种补充。而由高通公司提供的QChat解决方案是一种基于3G业务的高性能且产业链完整的PTT对讲解决方案,目前QChat技术在中国电信加入“天翼对讲”品牌进行商用。现在国内手机对讲业务处于成长期。一项新业务的发展,离不开产业链上各方的共同努力,来实现产业链的健康发展和各方的共赢。所以从产业链协调发展的角度来研究QChat业务的发展策略是很有必要的。论文共分五章。第一章简要介绍了QChat业务的背景和国内外发展现状,包括QChat方案提供商美国高通公司的背景,以及手机PTT业务的国内外发展现状；第二章介绍了手机对讲业务的行业分析,包括手机市场大环境的分析,利用SWOT方法对手机对讲行业进行全面分析,并且阐述了QChat技术优势；第三章着重于QChat技术对讲业务的产业链发展现状分析,从产业链的各方来分析QChat业务带来的价值,和需要注意的问题；第四章针对QChat业务发展的产业链各方存在的问题提出解决方案,策略和建议；第五章总结了基于QChat技术对讲业务的发展方向和展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile data service in China's communication industry, intercom service, as a data value-added service, extends to the field of mobile phone and becomes a new mobile technology. The specific operation is that as long as the user presses the PTT key, he can make a one-to-one or one-to-many conversation quickly. The way used is no different from the use of the traditional interphone, both of which make the communication fast. Effective. PTT fast access meets the needs of mobile users for group communication and real-time. It is another supplement to traditional voice services and short message services. The QChat solution provided by Qualcomm is a PTT intercom solution with high performance based on 3G service and complete industry chain. At present, QChat technology is used in China Telecom to join the "Tianyi intercom" brand for commercial use. Now the domestic mobile phone intercom business is in the growth stage. The development of a new business can not be separated from the joint efforts of all parties in the industrial chain to realize the healthy development of the industrial chain and the win-win situation of all parties. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of QChat business from the perspective of coordinated development of industry chain. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the background of QChat service and the development situation at home and abroad, including the background of American Qualcomm Company, the provider of QChat solution, and the domestic and international development status of mobile phone PTT service, the second chapter introduces the industry analysis of mobile phone intercom service. Including the analysis of the mobile phone market environment, the use of SWOT method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the mobile phone intercom industry, and elaborated the advantages of QChat technology. Chapter three focuses on the QChat technology intercom business industry chain development analysis. This paper analyzes the value brought by QChat business from all aspects of the industry chain, and the problems that need to be paid attention to. Chapter four puts forward solutions, strategies and suggestions for the problems existing in the industry chain of QChat business development. Chapter five summarizes the development direction and prospect of intercom service based on QChat technology.
