基于专利组合分析的中国电信产业技术创新能力研究

【摘要】：产业技术创新能力提升对于我国电信产业发展有着强大的推动力。利用中国电信产业1976—2010年专利数据,选取专利申请量、技术吸引力、相对专利位置和显性专利优势作为专利组合指标,实证分析了中国电信产业的技术创新能力。研究发现:我国电信产业技术创新能力在近十年间取得了跨越式提升,但是仍然存在技术能力分布不均、创新源动力不足、专利布局不够完善等诸多问题,也表明中国电信产业还处于技术创新能力演进的初级阶段。
[Abstract]:The promotion of industrial technological innovation ability has a strong impetus for the development of China's telecommunications industry. Based on the patent data of China's telecom industry from 1976 to 2010, this paper analyzes the technological innovation capability of China's telecom industry by selecting patent applications, technical attractiveness, relative patent position and dominant patent advantages as patent portfolio indicators. It is found that the technological innovation ability of China's telecom industry has been improved by leaps and bounds in the past ten years, but there are still many problems such as uneven distribution of technological capacity, insufficient source power of innovation, imperfect patent layout, and so on. It also shows that China's telecom industry is still in the primary stage of technological innovation ability evolution.
