房地产价格泡沫破灭的危害传导机理及应对策略

【摘要】：房地产价格泡沫会对经济造成严重的影响,而价格泡沫的破灭会对经济产生负面影响。本文从我国房地产价格破灭后的影响进程出发,分析香港1991年至2011年历经的两次房地产价格泡沫破灭的数据,探索房产价格破灭对金融危机、实业危机及社会危机的影响机理,并提出降低价格破灭危害性的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The real estate bubble will have a serious impact on the economy, and the bursting of the price bubble will have a negative impact on the economy. Starting from the impact process after the real estate price burst in China, this paper analyzes the data of two real estate price bubbles burst in Hong Kong from 1991 to 2011, and explores the impact mechanism of the real estate price burst on the financial crisis, the industrial crisis and the social crisis. And put forward the policy suggestion of reducing the harm of price disillusionment.
