【摘要】：随着南京市经济快速向前发展,社会各方面都进入了较为严峻的转型期,与此同时,南京市居民多元化的收入渠道不仅形成了多样性的收入格局,而且也带来了社会收入分配的矛盾和冲突。虽然南京市居民收入差距仍处在可控范围之内,但是如果不提前对其进行监测预警,未来的发展形势并不容乐观,将会影响到南京市下一个阶段政治、经济、社会和谐有序的发展。在这种背景下,重新走进马克思主义的基本理论和重要思想,认真研读中国特色社会主义分配理论的相关文献,对我们合理解决南京市居民收入差距问题具有重要的价值和意义。本文在研究中国特色社会主义分配理论的基础上,总结了近十几年来南京市居民收入分配差距的变化规律,探讨了南京市居民收入分配差距的影响因素,并在此基础上运用预警方法建立单指标和综合指数预警机制,对南京市居民收入分配差距的总体态势进行监测和判断,为防止因居民收入差距过大引发重大问题而提前发出预警信号。因此,本文的研究遵循如下逻辑：第一部分对中国特色社会主义分配理论的产生和发展进行了梳理,并对国内外关于经济预警理论的相关研究进行了阐释。第二部分主要是分析近十几年来南京市居民收入分配差距的变化规律,探讨南京市居民收入分配差距的影响因素,认识这些因素与南京市居民收入差距之间的因果关系。第三部分则是对南京市居民收入差距监测预警体系进行构建,基于泰尔指数的单指标预警和基于综合指数的综合预警两个方面来构建南京市居民收入差距监测预警的理论体系。第四部分是运用上述建立的单指标和综合指数预警体系,对南京市居民收入分配差距进行实际监测,并以此做出准确判断,从而提前发出警示信号。第五部分是对研究进行总结,对缩小南京市居民收入差距提出了六条政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Nanjing's economy, all aspects of society have entered a more severe transition period. At the same time, the diversified income channels of Nanjing residents have not only formed a diversified income pattern. It also brings contradictions and conflicts in the distribution of social income. Although the income gap of residents in Nanjing is still under control, if it is not monitored and warned in advance, the future development situation is not optimistic. It will affect the development of political, economic and social harmony and order in the next stage of Nanjing. Under this background, we will re-enter the basic theory and important thought of Marxism. It is of great value and significance for us to reasonably solve the problem of income gap of residents in Nanjing by studying the relevant documents of distribution theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. On the basis of studying the distribution theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this paper summarizes the changing law of residents' income distribution gap in Nanjing in the past ten years, and probes into the influencing factors of the gap between residents' income distribution in Nanjing. On the basis of this, a single index and a comprehensive index early-warning mechanism are established to monitor and judge the overall situation of the gap between residents' income distribution in Nanjing. This paper follows the following logic: the first part combs the emergence and development of the distribution theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The second part mainly analyzes the change law of the residents' income distribution gap in Nanjing in the past ten years, and probes into the influencing factors of the residents' income distribution gap in Nanjing. Understand the causality between these factors and the income gap of residents in Nanjing. The third part is the construction of the monitoring and warning system of residents' income gap in Nanjing. The theoretical system of monitoring and early warning of residents' income gap in Nanjing is constructed from the two aspects of single index early warning based on Thiel index and comprehensive early warning based on comprehensive index. The 4th part is to use the single index and comprehensive index early warning system established above. This paper carries on the actual monitoring to the Nanjing residents' income distribution disparity, and makes the accurate judgment, thus sends out the warning signal in advance. 5th part is to carry on the summary to the research, has put forward six policy suggestions to reduce the Nanjing residents' income disparity.
