【摘要】：新疆“访惠聚”驻村工作实践证明,驻村工作是贯彻“四个全面”战略布局的重大举措,是稳疆安疆的固本之举,是推进基层治理体系和治理能力现代化的成功实践。本文旨在通过对新疆“访惠聚”驻村工作中的宣传思想教育研究,积极探索新形势下实现新疆社会稳定和长治久安总目标提供思想保证、舆论氛围、文化条件的作用及意义。本文以“访惠聚”驻村工作中的宣传思想教育研究为视角,在收集资料的基础上,紧紧围绕“访惠聚”驻村工作开展以来关于宣传思想教育中取得的成就、存在的问题及其对应的措施设置合理的问卷,通过问卷获得有效的数据和各地州上报的关于“访惠聚”驻村工作以来的关于宣传思想教育方面的资料及自治区下发的一系列关于“访惠聚”驻村工作中的宣传思想教育的文件详细分析。全文共有四个部分:第一部分是引言。论述了选题的缘由和意义,研究综述,思路和方法、重难点和创新点。第二部分是理论和意义的概述。主要从相关概念的界定、宣传思想教育的内容以及意义。第三部分是世界经济全球化的发展趋势、国内改革开放的政治经济环境、新疆紧紧围绕社会稳定和长治久安总目标,积极融入“一带一路”战略,和各兄弟省份的大力援疆为“访惠聚”驻村工作中宣传思想教育提供了发展的契机。所有事物都具有两面性,对宣传思想教育而言,也将面临机遇与挑战并存的局面。第四部分主要是对策性研究。从拓宽科学管理模式、根据不同对象分类针对性教育、开拓多样的宣传教育方式、创新宣传教育方法、建立宣传系统的长效机制这五个方面探索了开创驻村工作中宣传思想教育新局面的对策。
[Abstract]:The practice of "visiting Hui-Ju" in Xinjiang has proved that the work in the village is a major measure to carry out the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and it is also an act to stabilize the stability of Xinjiang and to consolidate its foundation. It is a successful practice to promote the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance ability. This paper aims to study the propaganda and ideological education in the work of "visiting Huijun" in Xinjiang. Actively exploring the role and significance of realizing the general goal of social stability and lasting stability in Xinjiang under the new situation, providing the ideological guarantee, the atmosphere of public opinion, and the cultural conditions. This paper takes the study of propaganda and ideological education in the work of "visiting and gathering" in the village as a visual angle. On the basis of collecting data, a reasonable questionnaire was set up around the achievements, problems and corresponding measures of propaganda and ideological education since the work of "visiting Huijun" in the village. Obtain valid data through the questionnaire and the information on propaganda and ideological education since the work of "visiting Huiyuan" in the village and a series of propaganda on the work of "visiting Hui-Ju" in the village of the autonomous region. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction. It discusses the reason and significance of the topic. The second part is an overview of theory and meaning, mainly from the definition of relevant concepts, the content and significance of propaganda and ideological education. The third part is the development trend of the world economic globalization. In the political and economic environment of domestic reform and opening up, Xinjiang has been actively integrated into the "Belt and Road" strategy around the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability. And the great efforts made by the fraternal provinces to help Xinjiang provide an opportunity for the development of propaganda and ideological education in the work of "visiting and gathering" in the village. All things have two sides, so for propaganda and ideological education, It will also face both opportunities and challenges. The 4th part mainly focuses on strategic research. From broadening the scientific management model, according to the classification of different objects, targeted education, opening up various ways of propaganda and education, and innovating propaganda and education methods, This paper explores the countermeasures of creating a new situation of propaganda and ideological education in the village work from the five aspects of establishing the long effect mechanism of propaganda system.
