浅谈高等院校教学质量保障体系改革措施

【摘要】：高校教学质量保障体系是学校实现培养目标的重要保障,是权限、职责和任务明确且相互促进、相互协调,能够提高教学质量的、有效的、稳定的质量管理系统。高校教学质量保障体系的完善是否直接与人才培养质量挂钩。因此,要建设完善地、有效的教学质量保障体系就需要根据国家教育方针与政治经济情况,并结合高校自身的性质和实际情况,建设具有符合本校实际的、特色的教学质量保障体系,为提高人才培养质量、发挥高校的重要作用做出贡献。
[Abstract]:The guarantee system of teaching quality in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for the school to achieve the goal of cultivation. It is an effective and stable quality management system which can improve the quality of teaching by clearly promoting and coordinating with each other in terms of authority, responsibility and task. Whether the perfection of the guarantee system of teaching quality in colleges and universities is directly linked to the quality of personnel training. Therefore, in order to build a perfect and effective teaching quality assurance system, it is necessary to build a system that conforms to the reality of the university according to the national educational policy and the political and economic situation, as well as the nature and actual situation of the university itself. The characteristic teaching quality guarantee system contributes to improving the quality of talents training and giving play to the important role of colleges and universities.
