【摘要】：2016年11月12~13日,华中科技大学国家治理研究院以"绿色发展与全球治理"为主题,在武汉东湖宾馆主办"全球治理·东湖论坛2016",华中科技大学国家治理研究院院长、哲学研究所所长欧阳康教授邀请波兰前第一副总理兼财政部长格泽高兹·科勒德克(Grzegorz W.Kolodko)参加会议并做了波兰改革与发展的学术报告,同时,欧阳康教授作为"慧源学术访谈"主持人以"全球治理变局与中国—波兰关系"为题对他进行了专访。科勒德克原为波兰共产党党员,波兰著名的政治家、经济学家,在波兰政治变革过程中发挥了重要作用。波兰政治变革之后,他曾出任波兰第一副总理兼财政部长,有人称他为波兰改革的总设计师。科勒德克一直在华沙的科兹明斯基大学任教,是一位非常优秀的学者,出版了五十余部著作。他的三本书已经被翻译成中文出版,一本是《真理、谬误与谎言:多变世界的政治和经济》,谈的是多元变化中的世界经济;一本是《从休克到治疗:后社会主义转轨的政治经济》;还有一本是《21世纪政治经济学》。本次对话涉及波兰、俄罗斯、美国、欧盟和中波关系等诸多问题,对于理解当前全球治理变局有重要启示。
[Abstract]:From November 12 to 13, 2016, the National Governance Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, with the theme of "Green Development and Global Governance", hosted the "Global East Lake Forum 2016" at the Donghu Hotel in Wuhan, and the Dean of the National Governance Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor Ouyang Kang, Director of the Institute of philosophy, invited the former first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Poland, Grzegorz W. Kolodkov, to attend the meeting and give an academic report on reform and development in Poland, As the host of Huiyuan academic interview, Professor Ouyang Kang interviewed him on the topic of "Global Governance change and China-Poland relationship". As a member of the Polish Communist Party, a famous Polish politician and economist, Koledke played an important role in the process of Polish political change. After the political revolution, he was Poland's first deputy prime minister and finance minister, and some called him the chief architect of Polish reform. Koledke has been teaching at the University of Kosminsky in Warsaw and is an excellent scholar who has published more than 50 books. His three books have been translated into Chinese for publication. One is Truth, falsehood and falsehood: politics and economy in a changing World. One is from shock to Therapy: the political economy of Post-Socialist transition, and the other is political economy of the 21st Century. The dialogue, involving Poland, Russia, the United States, the European Union and Sino-Polish relations, has important implications for understanding current global governance changes.
