南京市普通高校田径选项课开展现状与对策研究

【摘要】:田径运动是现代体育的第一基石,不仅是竞技体育的基础,而且是全民健身体育和学校体育的重要项目和手段。它由人们日常生活中的走、跑、跳、投等最基本的身体活动形式发展起来,随着政治、经济的发展才演变为今天被各国人民关注并崇尚的竞技体育运动。正因为田径运动的基础性作用,田径教学内容一直都是学校体育课和国家体育锻炼标准占据比重最大的项目,在学校体育教育中一直占主导地位。2002年教育部关于《全国普通高校体育课程指导纲要》(以下简称为《纲要》)的颁布实施,掀起了高校体育的改革热潮,“终身体育”、“健康第一”、“阳光体育”、“快乐体育”、体育课程从教学指导思想到教学方法手段、考核评价,改革方案层出不穷,搞得轰轰烈烈。诸多因素影响使高校田径课在这场体育教学的改革中遭遇了“滑铁卢”,田径课程逐渐消失在高校体育课堂当中。当然不可否认这些改革措施的运用使高校体育课程内容、形式更加丰富,整个高校体育氛围更具有活力,对于学校体育课程理论与实践的发展起到了一定的促进作用。本研究采用问卷调查方法对南京市20所普通高校田径教学现状进行调查,调查结果表明,被调查的20所学校的公共体育课都没有开设田径课程,田径课程已经退出了南京市地区普通高校体育课堂。高校田径课程难以开展的主要原因之一在于:02年《纲要》实施后,田径课不再是必修课程,高校体育开始选项制度。田径运动相比较于其它体育项目,娱乐性不强,选课制度的出现,娱乐性较强的项目对田径教学造成了极大的冲击。本论文从南京市普通高校田径课程开展现状着手,分析影响田径教学的因素,呼吁媒体、学校给予政策上的扶持;学校体育以“田径”为议题,围绕校运动会、院系运动会、田径解说员、田径裁判员、田径健身讲座、海报、俱乐部等丰富多彩的形式、内容开展田径相关的活动,促进高校田径运动氛围、文化的形成;摈弃大部分传统田径竞技项目,取其精华开展个别项目的田径教学,根据学生的需要拓展高校田径课程的内容,以期使普通高校田径课程和高校田径文化得到更为全面、持续的发展。
[Abstract]:Track and field is the first cornerstone of modern sports, not only the foundation of competitive sports, but also the important items and means of national fitness and school sports. It is developed by walking, running, jumping, throwing and other basic forms of physical activity in people's daily life. With the development of politics and economy, it has become a competitive sport that people all over the world pay attention to and advocate today. Precisely because of the fundamental role of track and field, track and field teaching content has always been the largest proportion of school physical education and national physical training standards. In 2002, the Ministry of Education issued and implemented the National guidelines for physical Education in Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as "the outline"), which set off the upsurge of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, "lifelong physical education". "Health first", "sunshine sports", "happy sports", physical education curriculum from teaching guiding ideology to teaching methods, assessment, reform programs emerge one after another. With the influence of many factors, the course of track and field in colleges and universities has encountered "Waterloo" in the reform of physical education teaching, and the course of track and field has gradually disappeared in the classroom of physical education in colleges and universities. Of course, it is undeniable that the application of these reform measures has enriched the content and form of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, and the whole sports atmosphere in colleges and universities has become more dynamic, which has played a certain role in promoting the development of the theory and practice of school physical education curriculum. The present situation of track and field teaching in 20 colleges and universities in Nanjing is investigated by questionnaire. The results show that no track and field courses are offered in the public physical education classes of 20 schools investigated. Track and field courses have withdrawn from physical education classes in ordinary colleges and universities in Nanjing. One of the main reasons for the difficulty of developing track and field courses in colleges and universities lies in the fact that, after the implementation of the outline in 2002, track and field courses are no longer compulsory courses, and the system of options for the beginning of physical education in colleges and universities. Compared with other sports, track and field sports, the entertainment is not strong, the emergence of the system of elective courses, the entertainment of the strong items of track and field teaching has caused a great impact. This paper begins with the present situation of track and field course development in ordinary colleges and universities in Nanjing, analyzes the factors that affect track and field teaching, appeals to the media and the school to give policy support; school sports takes "track and field" as the topic, and revolves around the school sports meeting, the college and department sports meeting, Track and field commentator, track and field umpire, track and field fitness lecture, poster, club and other colorful forms, contents of track and field related activities to promote the formation of university track and field atmosphere, culture; abandon most of the traditional athletics sports, Take its essence to develop track and field teaching of individual items, according to the needs of students to expand the content of college track and field curriculum, in order to make the ordinary university track and field curriculum and university track and field culture to get more comprehensive and sustainable development.
