海洋权益角逐背景下的印度对华战略布局

【摘要】：印度自独立始即奉行"大国战略",力争成为尼赫鲁所规划的具有世界影响力的"有声有色的大国"。随着近年来其综合国力不断提升,军事实力持续增强,印度的战略目光投向了更为辽阔的地区。政府主导积极发展"远洋海军",不但确立自身在印度洋的议题设置者地位,且随着"东向政策"的升级,将触角逐渐伸向争端复杂的南海。在从印度洋到南中国海的广大区域内,印度的海洋战略布局从政治、经济、军事等多层面对华提出挑战,中国亟须审慎应对,维护域内和平,保障国家南部海疆权益。
[Abstract]:Since its independence, India has pursued the "great power strategy" and strived to become the influential "influential country" of the world as planned by Nehru. As its overall strength and military strength continue to grow in recent years, India's strategic vision has shifted to a wider region. The government's leading and active development of the "ocean navy" not only established its own status as the subject setter in the Indian Ocean, but also gradually extended its tentacles to the disputed South China Sea with the escalation of the "eastward policy". In the vast areas from the Indian Ocean to the South China Sea, India's maritime strategic layout poses challenges to China from political, economic, military and other aspects. China urgently needs to deal with it prudently, to safeguard peace in the region and to safeguard the rights and interests of the country's southern maritime boundary.
