可拓学理论在城市电网规划中的应用

【摘要】:自古以来,城市就是人类社会、政治、经济和文化活动的中心,崇尚人与人、人与自然关系的和谐应当成为每个现代化城市的未来发展方向。随着城市化进程的推进,人民生活水平的提高,城市的电力需求也增长迅速,为满足用户对供电质量及可靠性的需求,加快城市电网建设和发展迫在眉睫。 城市电网规划是一项复杂而艰巨的工程,随着城市的持续发展,城市电网规划体系涉及到的因素越来越多,这就导致矛盾问题的纷乱复杂。现行理论未能对电网规划中的一些不相容或对立的问题进行深入研究,缺少解决矛盾问题的一整套思路与方法;在遇到难以解决的城市电网规划问题时,由于定量描述缺乏科学合理的形式化模型表达,,往往会使规划人员感到束手无策。因而,开展用于解决城市电网规划中矛盾问题的理论研究有着重要的意义。 本文借鉴可拓学理论解决矛盾问题的特点和优势,将其应用于城市电网规划中,从理论基础、体系构建、方法步骤、规划程序、方案筛选等方面系统阐述了基于可拓学的城市电网规划理论与方法。将可拓学理论与城市电网规划理论交叉研究,探讨了基元理论在城市电网规划中的应用实践,构建了城市电网规划问题的可拓模型,初步形成了可拓学解决城市电网规划矛盾问题的求解流程和框架,在丰富电网规划理论及可拓工程应用方面做出了尝试。 通过对城市电网规划中存在的矛盾问题及其可拓性进行分析,得到解决矛盾问题的多种可能途径,而后通过变换问题的方法来解决矛盾,最终通过判断、评价、筛选等,生成较好的矛盾问题解决的有效转换策略。并以城市电网规划中高负荷密度与电力设施用地的矛盾问题以及配电网可靠性与经济性的矛盾问题为例,分别采用可拓菱形思维方式和转换桥方法形式化地说明了可拓模型用于解决矛盾问题的方法与思路。最后,在可拓学解决城市电网规划矛盾问题的基础上,采用可拓优度评价法对制定出的多个可行规划策略进行综合优度评价,算例结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,用于指导城市电网规划过程。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, the city is the center of human society, politics, economy and cultural activities. The harmony of the relationship between man and nature should be the future development direction of every modern city. With the advancement of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for electricity in cities is also growing rapidly. In order to meet the needs of users for the quality and reliability of power supply, it is urgent to speed up the construction and development of urban power grid. Urban power network planning is a complex and arduous project. With the sustainable development of the city, more and more factors are involved in the urban power network planning system, which leads to the complexity of contradictions. The current theory fails to deeply study some incompatible or opposite problems in power network planning, and lacks a set of ideas and methods to solve the contradiction problems; when the problems of urban power network planning are difficult to solve, the problem of urban power network planning is difficult to solve. Due to the lack of scientific and reasonable formal model representation of quantitative description, planners often feel helpless. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out theoretical research on solving contradictions in urban power network planning. This paper draws lessons from the characteristics and advantages of extension theory to solve contradictions, and applies it to urban power network planning, from the theoretical basis, system construction, method steps, planning procedures, The theory and method of urban power network planning based on extension are systematically expounded in this paper. In this paper, the extension theory and urban power network planning theory are studied, and the application practice of basic element theory in urban power network planning is discussed, and the extension model of urban power network planning is constructed. The solution flow and framework of extenics to solve the contradiction problem of urban power network planning are preliminarily formed, and an attempt has been made to enrich the theory of power network planning and the application of extension engineering. Through the analysis of the contradiction problem and its extensibility in urban power network planning, many possible ways to solve the contradiction problem are obtained, and then the contradiction is solved by the method of transformation problem, and finally through judgment, evaluation, screening, etc. Generate a better solution to the problem of the effective transformation strategy. Taking the contradiction between high load density and power facility land in urban power network planning and the contradiction between reliability and economy of distribution network as an example, The extension rhombic thinking method and the transition bridge method are used to formalize the method and train of thought of the extension model to solve the contradiction problem. Finally, on the basis of solving the contradiction problem of urban power network planning by extension, the extension degree evaluation method is used to evaluate the comprehensive optimality of several feasible planning strategies. The results of an example show that the method is feasible and effective. It is used to guide the urban power network planning process.
