员工政治技能对领导纳言的影响——基于领导信任的中介作用

【摘要】:以中国的"面子文化"和高权力距离导向为文化背景,构建以领导信任为中介变量的员工政治技能对领导纳言影响的概念模型。以江苏省的139名高新技术企业员工为研究样本,对模型进行验证,结果表明:员工政治技能对领导纳言有显著正向影响,员工政治技能越高,领导越倾向于对其建言做出采纳;领导信任在员工政治技能与领导纳言间起到了部分中介作用,这表明员工政治技能有利于提高领导信任进而促进领导纳言。
[Abstract]:Based on China's "face culture" and "high power distance orientation", this paper constructs a conceptual model of the influence of employee's political skills on leadership speech with leadership trust as an intermediary variable. Based on 139 employees of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the model is validated. The results show that: the higher the staff's political skills are, the more inclined the leaders are to adopt their suggestions; Leadership trust plays an intermediary role between employee's political skill and leader's speech, which indicates that employee's political skill is helpful to enhance leader's trust and promote leader's speech.
