简析欧盟治理模式的特点

【摘要】：全球化与区域一体化的发展在把世界各地相互联系在一起的同时,又把世界分割成了几个部分。作为世界上一体化发展水平最高的地区,欧洲各国在20世纪中叶以来所做的一体化探索,改变了《威斯特伐利亚和约》以来所建立的独立民族国家的治理模式,创立了以国家联合共同治理为主要特征的新政治、经济治理模式。欧洲一体化的实践,对于全球的区域合作治理研究具有特别的意义,本文主要探讨欧洲一体化进程中欧洲治理的特点,以期为区域治理提供一些借鉴。
[Abstract]:The development of globalization and regional integration has divided the world into several parts while linking each other with each other. As the highest level of integration development in the world, the integration exploration made by European countries since the middle of the 20th century has changed the governance model of independent nation-state established since the Peace Treaty of Westphalia. A new political and economic governance model characterized by joint national governance was established. The practice of European integration is of special significance to the study of global regional cooperative governance. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of European governance in the process of European integration in order to provide some reference for regional governance.
