论中国对日本的民间外交

【摘要】：中国和日本1972年建立正式外交关系后,两国关系走上合作和发展的健康道路。随着冷战后世界政治经济格局的发展变化,中国经济实力的日益增强,日本自身面临的各种困境,致使中日两国关系陷入建交以来的最低点。特别是钓鱼岛问题激化后,中日民间的敌对情绪高涨,仇恨心理不断激发,彼此间建立起来的友好、友谊、信任和长期的经贸往来受到了严重威胁和影响。因此,探索民间外交,加大民间往来,消除民众敌视态度以此改善两国关系显得迫在眉睫。本文以中国对日本的民间外交为主题,论述中国对日本民间外交的历史发展,探究对日本的民间外交的特征和重要性,就影响中日民间外交的现实因素和现象进行分析,并试图从不同角度提出解决这些问题的途径,希望通过民间外交打破目前中日关系的僵局。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of formal diplomatic relations between China and Japan in 1972, the two countries embarked on a healthy path of cooperation and development. With the development and change of the world political and economic pattern after the Cold War, the increasing strength of China's economy and the various difficulties Japan itself is facing, the Sino-Japanese relations have fallen into the lowest point since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan. Especially after the Diaoyu Islands issue intensified, the hostility and hatred among the Chinese and Japanese people were raised, and the friendship, trust and long-term economic and trade exchanges between the two countries were seriously threatened and affected. Therefore, it is urgent to explore folk diplomacy, increase folk contact and eliminate public hostility to improve the relationship between the two countries. Based on the theme of folk diplomacy between China and Japan, this paper discusses the historical development of China's folk diplomacy to Japan, probes into the characteristics and importance of folk diplomacy to Japan, and analyzes the realistic factors and phenomena that affect the folk diplomacy between China and Japan. And try to solve these problems from different angles, hoping to break the deadlock of Sino-Japanese relations through folk diplomacy.
