“一带一路”发展理念和国际经济规则创新简析

【摘要】：习近平主席于2013年提出的"一带一路"倡议,顺应国际政治经济发展新形势,倡导区域发展合作新理念,立意高远,构思恢弘,布局巧妙,匠心独具。既是打造人类命运共同体的英明睿智之举,又体现了区域国家整合提升现有合作机制,谋求协调发展的共同愿望。倡议反映国家间合作发展新理念,倡导国际经济规则新思路,共创新型国际经济合作模式,推动南南合作深入发展。本文主要就"一带一路"战略下的发展理念创新和国际、国内经济规则创新进行分析,探求深化区域合作、促进协调发展之路。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative put forward by President Xi Jinping in 2013 conforms to the new situation of international political and economic development and advocates a new concept of regional development cooperation, with lofty ideas, grand ideas, ingenious layout and ingenuity. It is not only a wise and wise move to build a community of human destiny, but also a common desire for regional countries to integrate and upgrade existing cooperation mechanisms and seek coordinated development. The initiative reflects the new concept of cooperation and development between countries, advocates new ideas of international economic rules and regulations, creates a new mode of international economic cooperation, and promotes the in-depth development of South-South cooperation. This paper mainly analyzes the innovation of development concept and international and domestic economic rules under Belt and Road's strategy, and explores the road of deepening regional cooperation and promoting coordinated development.
