【摘要】：目前我国垄断行业的高收入中的相当大一部分属于不合理的收入,其存在的主要原因是市场化的不足,只有通过深化市场化改革才能有效减少。深化市场化改革的主要途径包括通过放松市场准入规制、民营化、政企分开、完善国有垄断企业公司治理结构等方式促进市场竞争和加强政府价格规制等。
[Abstract]:At present, a large part of the high income of monopoly industry in our country belongs to unreasonable income, the main reason for its existence is the lack of marketization. Only through deepening market-oriented reform can we effectively reduce it. The main ways to deepen market-oriented reform include deregulation of market access, privatization and separation of government and enterprises. Improve the corporate governance structure of state-owned monopoly enterprises to promote market competition and strengthen government price regulation.
