江苏产学研合作创新绩效的影响因素与促进对策研究

【摘要】：江苏是我国的教育、科技和经济强省，她不仅拥有一批在基础研究和应用研究方面具有较强实力的重点大学和科研院所，而且拥有一大批在产品开发和工艺设计方面具有较强实力的优秀企业，，这为江苏卓有成效地开展产学研合作创新奠定了良好基础。近年来，江苏省内的高校、企业和科研院所围绕技术创新开展的合作项目数量越来越多、规模越来越大、层次越来越高。然而，由于相关研究匮乏，人们对以下几个相关问题至今仍难以给出正确答案：江苏产学研合作创新绩效究竟怎样？影响江苏产学研合作创新绩效的主要因素有哪些？应该采取什么对策与措施来提高江苏产学研合作创新绩效？本研究在充分吸收和借鉴前人相关研究成果的基础上，对产学研合作创新绩效及其影响因素的内涵、构成与测量进行了深入研究，并为有关研究变量设计了具有较高信度和效度的（测量）量表。在文章中，产学研合作创新绩效被划分为成果性绩效和成长性绩效两个维度，而产学研合作创新绩效的影响因素则被区分为合作主体、组织结构、组织环境和合作互动四个维度。其次，通过文献回顾和理论分析，提出了本文的理论模型和研究假设。第三，以江苏省产学研合作项目团队为研究样本，通过问卷调查方式收集了相关数据，然后采用SPSS数据分析软件对本文提出的理论模型和研究假设进行了实证检验。实证研究结果表明：产学研合作主体、组织环境和组织结构三个因素对产学研合作成果性绩效具有显著的影响；组织环境和组织结构因素对产学研合作成长性绩效具有显著影响；合作互动因素在产学研合作创新绩效与其影响因素之间发挥着重要的中介作用。本文的研究成果不仅在理论上有所创新，而且对江苏省产学研合作创新绩效的提高也具有一定的参考价值和指导作用。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu is a strong province of education, science and technology and economy in China. It not only has a number of key universities and research institutes with strong strength in basic research and applied research. And there are a large number of excellent enterprises in product development and process design, which has laid a good foundation for Jiangsu to carry out cooperation innovation effectively. In recent years, colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province. Enterprises and research institutes are carrying out more and more cooperation projects around technological innovation. However, due to the lack of related research, the number, scale and level of cooperation projects are becoming higher and higher. It is still difficult to give a correct answer to the following related questions: what is the performance of Jiangsu's industry-university-research cooperative innovation? What are the main factors that affect the innovation performance of Jiangsu's industry-university-research cooperation? What countermeasures and measures should be taken to improve the innovation performance of Jiangsu's industry-university-research cooperation? On the basis of absorbing and referring to the previous research results, this study makes an in-depth study on the connotation, composition and measurement of the innovation performance of industry-university-research cooperation and its influencing factors. In this paper, we design the scale with high reliability and validity. In this paper, the innovation performance of cooperation between production, education and research is divided into two dimensions: achievement performance and growth performance. On the other hand, the factors influencing the innovation performance of industry-university-research cooperation are divided into four dimensions: cooperation subject, organizational structure, organizational environment and cooperative interaction. Secondly, through literature review and theoretical analysis. Put forward the theoretical model and research hypotheses of this paper. Thirdly, taking the project team of Jiangsu Province as the research sample, we collected the relevant data by questionnaire. Then SPSS data analysis software is used to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis. The empirical research results show that: the main body of industry-university-research cooperation. Three factors, organizational environment and organizational structure, have a significant impact on the achievement of industry-university-research cooperation. The factors of organizational environment and organizational structure have significant influence on the performance of cooperation between industry, college and research; The cooperative interaction factor plays an important intermediary role between the innovation performance of industry, university and research and its influencing factors. The research results of this paper are not only innovative in theory. Moreover, it has certain reference value and guiding function to improve the innovation performance of industry, college and research cooperation in Jiangsu Province.
