行业收入差距与社会发展的适应性及收入影响因素研究

【摘要】：近年来，行业收入差距不断扩大，逐渐成为社会的突出问题，控制行业收入差距，使其能满足社会发展的需要成为首要解决的问题之一，行业收入差距成为学者们研究的重点。本文从行业收入差距与社会发展的适应性和行业收入影响因素两方面对我国行业收入差距进行了研究，并提出切实可行的控制行业收入差距的政策建议。本文对我国历年来的行业收入差距的变化趋势及现阶段的基本状况进行了论述，以行业基尼系数、加权变异系数、库兹涅兹比率、泰尔指数等对行业收入差距进行衡量，并观察其变化状况。研究结果表明我国行业收入差距正处于逐步扩大的状态，如不加以控制，仍将继续扩大并最终影响经济的增长和人民生活水平的提高等。文章首先对我国现阶段行业收入差距与社会发展的适应性进行评价，一定范围内的行业收入差距有利于社会的发展，过高的行业收入差距将严重阻碍社会的发展。对社会发展的衡量主要从经济增长、人民生活水平、资源环境几方面进行衡量，构建包括行业收入差距衡量指标在内的共28个指标的评价指标体系，运用SVAR模型，给定行业收入差距一个标准差的冲击，观察其对社会发展各指标的影响作用。文章最后构建模糊隶属函数协调度模型对行业收入差距与社会发展各指标体系之间的协调性进行衡量，最终得出我国现阶段行业收入差距已不适于社会发展，对其必须加以控制的结论。控制行业收入差距，首先应对行业收入差距产生的原因进行深入分析，本文从行业垄断程度、行业人力资本投入、行业资金资本投入及行业产出水平四方面对行业收入影响因素进行研究。通过建立收入水平影响因素四方面共14个三级指标的评价指标体系，并构建面板数据模型，本文得出如下结论：（1）行业收入影响因素对行业收入差距的产生具有直接作用。（2）同一影响因素对不同行业的收入水平产生不同的影响，四因素共同作用使得各行业拥有不同的收入水平。（3）各行业收入水平的影响因素不同，，控制行业收入差距应对各行业分别控制，具体行业具体分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the gap between industry income and industry income has become a prominent problem in society , and it is one of the most important problems to control industry ' s income gap , which makes it meet the needs of social development . The gap of industry income becomes the focus of scholars ' research . This paper studies the gap between industry income gap and social development and industry income , and puts forward practical policy suggestion to control the income gap of industry . This paper discusses the changing trend of the industry income gap and the basic condition of the industry in recent years , and measures the income gap of the industry based on the industry - based factor , the weighted coefficient of variation , the Cuzniz ratio , the Terre index and so on . The results show that the income gap of our industry is in a gradually expanded state , and if it is not controlled , it will continue to expand and ultimately affect the growth of the economy and the improvement of the living standard of the people . This paper firstly evaluates the adaptability of industry income gap and social development in our country at present , which is beneficial to the development of society . The measurement of social development mainly depends on economic growth , people ' s living standard and resource environment . The paper constructs a fuzzy membership function coordination degree model to measure the coordination between industry income gap and social development index system . Finally , it is concluded that the gap between industry income gap and social development index system is not suitable for social development . This paper analyzes the causes of the income gap in the industry , and analyzes the causes of the gap of the industry ' s income . The paper studies the influence factors of industry revenue from the four aspects of industry monopoly , industry human capital investment , industry capital investment and industry output level .
