【摘要】：北京牛街属于城市少数民族社区范畴。经过改革开放30多年的发展,北京牛街时至今日发生了巨大的变化,形成了北京市最大的民族特色街区。北京牛街地区的经济发展有着很强的经济价值,同时牛街民族特色商业街也是展示中国民族团结进步的窗口。本文通过对牛街不同历史阶段经济变迁的分析,进行历史与逻辑的思考,回顾其历史的发展脉络。第一章根据文献资料,详细梳理了牛街这一名称的来源,牛街回族聚居区的形成与发展,经历的不同的历史阶段的政治、经济、文化事件。以及当今牛街在北京的地位,归纳总结了牛街的经济特色。通过田野调查资料,统计出牛街现在的居民人口及民族成分构成情况。第二章重点介绍了明清时期牛街经济发展的社会背景、及其经济制度和体制,牛街居民在明清时期的主要生计方式。第三章探讨了民国时期的牛街经济发展的基本情况,经济制度和体制,居民生计方式的变化。第四章重点介绍了牛街在1949-1978年的经济发展背景及其经济结构变迁情况。在此章中,又把1949-1978年这段时间进行划分,分别介绍了1949-1966年和1967-1978年两个时间段的牛街经济发展情况,经济结构的变化,并在本章中展现了政府政策对牛街经济发展的扶持作用。第五章探讨了1978年以后牛街经济发展背景,因牛街在20世纪90年代初期经历的地区改造引起的社区变迁情况,以及在1978年后的牛街经济结构的变迁。本文的总结与展望探讨了牛街在未来该如何进行产业升级、优化及未来的经济发展方向。本文比较详细地展现了牛街各个历史阶段的经济发展特点,并对其各个历史时期的经济制度及经济特点进行了分析概括。牛街是北京市著名的民族特色商业街区,牛街的经济发展在一定程度上维护和保障城市少数民族社区的经济利益,是展示北京市民族和谐关系的重要窗口。
[Abstract]:Beijing Niujie belongs to the category of urban minority communities. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in Beijing Niujie. Beijing formed the largest ethnic characteristics of the block. Beijing Niujie area of economic development has a strong economic value. At the same time Niujie National characteristic Commercial Street is also a window to show the progress of Chinese national unity. This paper analyzes the economic changes of Niujie in different historical stages and makes historical and logical thinking. The first chapter reviews the origin of the name of Niujie, the formation and development of Niujie Hui settlement area, and the political and economic experience of different historical stages according to the literature.
