【摘要】：正本刊记(记者肖莉)11月14日,"国际城市论坛京津冀协同发展2015年年会"在北京举行并首发了北京国际城市发展研究院和京津冀协同发展研究基地重要研究专著《首都战略定位——京津冀协同发展中的北京之路》。该书提出,京津冀协同发展战略将推动"从北京时代迈向首都时代"。该书以解决"大城市病"为基本出发点,紧紧围绕疏解北京非首都功能、推动京津冀协同发展的重大国家战略,剖析首都发展长期积累的深层次矛盾和问题,透析导致北京"大城市病"的条件和根源,解析京津冀协同发展的重点和难
[Abstract]:(Reporter Xiao Li) on November 14th, "the International Urban Forum Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei coordinated Development 2015 Annual meeting" was held in Beijing and launched the Beijing Institute of International Urban Development and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development Research Base of important research monographs. "the Strategic orientation of the Capital-the Road to Beijing in the coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei". The coordinated development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will promote "from the Beijing era to the capital era." the book takes the "disease of the big cities" as the basic starting point, closely revolves around the understanding of Beijing's non-capital functions, and promotes the major national strategy for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. This paper analyzes the deep-level contradictions and problems accumulated in the development of the capital over a long period of time, analyzes the conditions and root causes leading to the "disease of big cities" in Beijing, and analyzes the key points and difficulties in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
