关联效应视角下湖南承接产业转移的产业选择研究

【摘要】：自从第一次科技革命后期，也就是18世纪末19世纪上半叶，依次经历了四次国际产业转移发展浪潮，从20世纪90年代开始的第四次国际产业转移浪潮，，中国内地承接了大部分外来转移制造业，这奠定了中国作为世界制造大国的国际地位。在第四次国际产业转移浪潮中，各国（地区）陆续发展各种不同形式的产业园区，旨在促进本国产业的快速发展，以提高本国或地区产业的国际竞争力，为此，各国或地区亟待探索选择何种产业进行承接。本文对关联效应视角下湖南省承接产业转移的产业选择进行了研究。在阐述国内外学者对产业转移、产业关联及产业选择有关问题研究的基础上，首先介绍了产业转移、产业转移效应的概念及产业转移的各种理论。其次，从时间维度对产业关联理论的发展进行了分析，主要从产业关联理论的萌芽、产生和发展三个方面展开；分析了产业关联效应的影响因素，通过研究可知移入产业的战略影响、转移产业在移出地产业系统中的地位和产业特征、承接地企业自身的竞争力是影响产业关联效应的主要因素。在阐述产业转移、产业关联效应的一般理论的同时，对产业关联效应的分析方法和基本工具进行了介绍。再次，在理论分析的基础上，利用产业关联效应的分析方法和基本工具，结合湖南省2007年投入产出表相关数据，对湖南省的产业关联效应进行了深入分析；最后，根据分析结果，结合湖南省优势产业及国家对湖南的主体功能区定位，对湖南省承接产业转移的产业选择进行了分析。本文研究的目的在于深刻了解湖南省产业的关联效应大小，并结合优势产业，从湖南省产业实际出发，制定符合省情的产业选择政策，促进承接的转移产业与传统优势产业的良性发展，为更好地发挥关联效应带来的正面效应、推动相关产业的发展提供理论依据。同时，这对于湖南省选择承接合适的转移产业，来带动和促进湖南省产业结构的升级和经济发展，地区经济的振兴，以及提高湖南省经济在全国、乃至世界经济中的地位和竞争优势，具有重大的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the late period of the first scientific and technological revolution, that is, the end of 18th century and the first half of 19th century, it has experienced four waves of international industrial transfer and development, and 4th waves of international industrial transfer since 1990s. The mainland of China has taken over most of the foreign transfer manufacturing industries, which has established China's international position as a manufacturing power in the world. In the 4th wave of international industrial transfer, various countries (regions) have successively developed various forms of industrial parks. In order to promote the rapid development of domestic industry in order to improve the international competitiveness of domestic or regional industries, countries or regions urgently need to explore which industries to undertake. This paper studies the industrial choice of Hunan province to undertake industrial transfer from the perspective of relevance effect. On the basis of expounding the domestic and foreign scholars' research on industrial transfer, industrial association and industrial choice, this paper first introduces the industrial transfer. The concept of industrial transfer effect and various theories of industrial transfer. Secondly, the development of industrial relevance theory is analyzed from the perspective of time, mainly from three aspects: germination, generation and development of industrial relevance theory; This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the industrial correlation effect, and through the study of the strategic influence of the transferred industry, the position and industrial characteristics of the transferred industry in the system of moving out of the real estate industry. The competitiveness of the undertaking enterprises is the main factor that affects the industrial correlation effect. While expounding the general theory of the industrial transfer and the industrial correlation effect, the paper introduces the analysis methods and basic tools of the industrial correlation effect. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using the analysis method and basic tools of the industrial correlation effect, combined with the relevant data of the input-output table of Hunan Province in 2007, this paper makes a deep analysis of the industrial correlation effect in Hunan Province. Finally, according to the analysis results, Combined with the advantage industry of Hunan province and the orientation of the main function area of Hunan province, this paper analyzes the choice of the industry in Hunan province to undertake the industrial transfer. The purpose of this study is to deeply understand the correlation effect of Hunan's industries, and combine the advantages of industries, starting from the industrial reality of Hunan Province, to formulate the industrial selection policies in line with the situation of the province. To promote the benign development of the transfer industry and the traditional advantage industry, and to provide a theoretical basis for better exerting the positive effect brought by the association effect and promoting the development of the related industry. At the same time, it is helpful for Hunan Province to choose the appropriate transfer industry. It is of great practical significance to promote and promote the upgrading of Hunan's industrial structure and economic development, the revitalization of regional economy, and the improvement of the position and competitive advantage of Hunan's economy in the whole country and even in the world economy.
