老挝北部九省与中国云南省农业合作研究

【摘要】：本论文主要研究了老中两国农业合作的形式与特点、存在的问题及其解决的对策。该研究有助于理解老中两国在边境贸易区的经济发展现状、存在的问题以及老中两国的经济社会发展政策的异同,同时对解读老中两国的经济及农业合作关系、促进老中农业合作的持续开展、推动两国的经济社会发展和促进两国友好合作关系也有积极意义。本论文主要分为六个部分。导论部分指出研究老中两国农业合作存在问题的现实意义和理论意义。第一章概述了国际农业合作的相关理论与实践经验对老挝启示,以及对提升老挝北部与中国云南农业合作水平的思考。第二章论述了老挝北部和中国云南农业合作的基础、条件、形式与特点,阐述了老北九省的概况、老中合作的自然资源条件、老中农业合作的政策基础和市场基础。第三章论述了老中农业合作的内容和特征,主要对老中农业合作的具体内容、老中农业合作存在的特征进行了论述。第四章论述了老中农业合作的成效和问题,指出了老中农业合作的成效、合作存在的问题及潜在的矛盾冲突。第五章论述了未来老北与中国云南农业合作的前景与跨境农业合作对策分析。第六章对老北与中国云南农业合作进行国际关系分析,指出了老北与中国云南农业合作对老中双边关系的积极影响、老北与中国云南农业合作对区域关系的影响、老北与中国云南农业合作对区域合作的影响。结论部分对本论文做了总结分析。指出了老中农业合作存在的问题需要老中两国的相关部门引起重视并积极寻找解决办法,即老中两国协商合作,为两国跨境农业种植提供政策和法律支持,同时加强管理处理好面临的各种问题纠纷,促进两国经济发展和边境贸易和谐稳定,推进老中两国在政治、经济、社会、文化等方面的持续和深入合作。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the forms and characteristics of the agricultural cooperation between Laos and China, the existing problems and their solutions. This study is helpful to understand the economic development situation of Laos and China in the border trade area. The existing problems as well as the similarities and differences of the economic and social development policies of the two countries, as well as the interpretation of the economic and agricultural cooperative relations between Laos and China, and the promotion of the sustained agricultural cooperation between Laos and China, It is also of positive significance to promote the economic and social development of the two countries and to promote the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries. This paper is mainly divided into six parts. The introduction part points out the practical significance and theoretical meaning of studying the problems existing in the agricultural cooperation between Laos and China. The first chapter gives an overview of the relevant theories and practical experiences of international agricultural cooperation. The second chapter discusses the basis, conditions, forms and characteristics of agricultural cooperation between northern Laos and Yunnan Province of China. The natural resource conditions of Laozhou-China cooperation, the policy basis and market basis of Laozhen-Chinese agricultural cooperation. Chapter three discusses the contents and characteristics of Laozhen-China agricultural cooperation, mainly the specific contents of Laozhen-Chinese agricultural cooperation. The characteristics of agricultural cooperation between Laos and China are discussed. Chapter 4th discusses the effects and problems of agricultural cooperation between Laos and China, and points out the effectiveness of agricultural cooperation between Laos and China. Chapter 5th discusses the prospect of agricultural cooperation between Lao Bei and Yunnan Province in the future and the countermeasures of cross-border agricultural cooperation. Chapter 6th analyzes the international relations of agricultural cooperation between Lao Bei and Yunnan Province of China. This paper points out the positive influence of the agricultural cooperation between Laobei and Yunnan on the bilateral relations, and the influence of the agricultural cooperation between Laobei and Yunnan on the regional relations. The conclusion part summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the agricultural cooperation between Lao Bei and Yunnan Province of China, and points out that the relevant departments of Laobei and China should pay attention to and actively seek solutions to the problems in the agricultural cooperation between Laobei and Yunnan. That is, Laos and China have negotiated and cooperated to provide policy and legal support for cross-border agricultural cultivation in the two countries, at the same time strengthening management and handling all kinds of problems and disputes, promoting economic development and border trade harmony and stability between the two countries, and promoting Laos and China in politics. Economic, social, cultural and other aspects of sustained and in-depth cooperation.
