新疆面向中亚物流业发展与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】：新疆地处中国的西北部，是中国面向中亚向西开放的“桥头堡”。物流业的发展对经济增长有区位的特点。物流业在生产、流通、分配、消费等一些环节起着至关重要的作用。因此物流业的发展应该得到足够的重视，发挥物流对经济的增长、促进作用。建立起中国向西开放的快速、高效的人流、物流、资本流等各种生产要素的大通道，对于中国经济的快速、健康、和谐的发展有着巨大的贡献。因此独特的位置决定新疆的物流地位的重要性，新疆物流业的发展有着重要意义。新疆经济跨越式发展的过程中，给新疆物流业发展带来新的机遇和挑战。新疆作为向西开放极为重要的门户，肩负着与中亚国家经济，文化，，能源、服务等交流的重要责任。然而，新疆由于各方面的原因，在经济和物流发展方面远落后于国家平均水平。新疆物流业的发展困难重重，如基础设施落后、信息网络不健全、地理环境恶劣，人才良莠不齐。但是也应该看到新疆物流业发展的潜力。本文首先结合新疆的地理位置，并对新疆面向中亚物流业的发展现状和存在的问题加以阐述；其次定性分析物流业对新疆经济增长的影响程度，分析了物流业与经济增长之间关系；再次着重对新疆面向中亚物流业与经济增长关系进行了实证研究研究。结合影响新疆物流业的因素，提出促进新疆发展面向中亚物流业的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is located in the northwest of China and is a bridgehead for China to open to the west in Central Asia.The development of logistics industry has regional characteristics to economic growth.Logistics industry plays a vital role in production, circulation, distribution, consumption and other links.Therefore, the development of logistics industry should be paid enough attention to, give play to the economic growth and promote the role of logistics.The establishment of a fast and efficient channel for the westward opening of China to various factors of production, such as people flow, logistics, capital flow and so on, has made great contributions to the rapid, healthy and harmonious development of China's economy.Therefore, the unique position determines the importance of logistics status in Xinjiang, and the development of logistics industry in Xinjiang is of great significance.The development of Xinjiang's economy by leaps and bounds brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of Xinjiang's logistics industry.As an extremely important gateway to the west, Xinjiang shoulders the important responsibility of economic, cultural, energy and service exchanges with Central Asian countries.However, due to various reasons, Xinjiang lags far behind the national average in economic and logistics development.The development of logistics industry in Xinjiang is very difficult, such as backward infrastructure, imperfect information network, bad geographical environment and uneven talents.But also should see Xinjiang logistics industry development potential.Based on the geographical location of Xinjiang, this paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of Xinjiang's logistics industry facing Central Asia, and then qualitatively analyzes the influence of logistics industry on Xinjiang's economic growth.This paper analyzes the relationship between logistics industry and economic growth, and focuses on the empirical research on the relationship between logistics industry and economic growth in Xinjiang facing to Central Asia.Combined with the factors affecting the logistics industry in Xinjiang, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of logistics industry in Central Asia in Xinjiang are put forward.
