江西城镇居民生活质量时空变化研究

【摘要】：伴随着人类发展观的演进,生活质量的研究从未间断。20世纪80年代中期,生活质量的研究开始由西方引入中国。这既是生活质量理论研究体系不断完善的需要,更是我国经济社会发展的内在要求。本文基于国内外各领域学者对生活质量的文献研究,从影响城镇居民生活质量的四个方面(人口、经济、社会和环境)出发,构建了江西城镇居民生活质量的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对江西城镇居民生活质量进行了时空变化的比较分析与评价。研究表明,从2002年至2012年,江西城镇居民生活质量综合指数总体呈现上升的态势；影响江西城镇居民生活质量的人口因子、经济因子、社会因子等指数也基本呈现上升的趋势,而且环境因子的负面影响也呈上升态势。这表明人口因子、经济因子、社会因子等对江西城镇居民生活质量的改善有明显的积极作用,但同时受环境因素的威胁也越来越大。江西11个设区市的城镇居民生活质量在人口、经济、社会、环境上的优势极不均衡,各有千秋。全省城镇居民生活质量空间特征明显,总体上表现为京九沿线中心城市居民生活质量较优、老工业基地城镇居民生活质量下滑、落后地区城镇居民生活质量崛起的态势。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of the concept of human development, the study of quality of life has never stopped. In the mid-1980s, the study of quality of life began to be introduced into China by the West. This is not only the need of improving the theoretical research system of quality of life, but also the internal requirement of the economic and social development of our country. Based on the literature research on the quality of life of urban residents at home and abroad, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the quality of life of urban residents in Jiangxi province from four aspects (population, economy, society and environment) which affect the quality of life of urban residents. This paper makes a comparative analysis and evaluation of the temporal and spatial changes of the quality of life of urban residents in Jiangxi Province by using factor analysis method. The study shows that from 2002 to 2012, the comprehensive index of quality of life of urban residents in Jiangxi Province is on the whole on the rise, and the population factors, economic factors and social factors affecting the quality of life of urban residents in Jiangxi Province are also basically showing an upward trend. And the negative impact of environmental factors is also on the rise. This indicates that population factors, economic factors and social factors play a positive role in improving the quality of life of urban residents in Jiangxi Province, but at the same time, they are threatened by environmental factors more and more. The quality of life of urban residents in 11 districts of Jiangxi Province is extremely uneven in terms of population, economy, society and environment. The spatial characteristics of the quality of life of urban residents in the whole province are obvious, the overall performance is that the quality of life of the residents of the central city along the Beijing-Kowloon route is better, the quality of life of the old industrial base of the urban residents is declining, and the quality of life of the urban residents in backward areas is rising.
