江苏创新型乡镇的发展路径分析

【摘要】：目前,江苏创新型乡镇建设取得重大进展,基本确立了特色产业技术创新主线,基本建立了产学研关系,初步建成了科技公共服务平台。文章以已命名的创新型乡镇为样本,总结出政府主导型科技园区、企业主导的创新型专业园区、特色产业优化升级等发展路径,在此基础上分析出创新型乡镇建设中存在的发展方式粗放、创新能力薄弱、创新环境有待完善等问题。
[Abstract]:At present, great progress has been made in the construction of innovative towns in Jiangsu. The main line of technological innovation of characteristic industries has been established, the relationship between production, education and research has been basically established, and the public service platform of science and technology has been preliminarily built. Taking the named innovative villages and towns as samples, the paper summarizes the development paths of the government-led science and technology park, the enterprise-led innovative specialty park, the optimization and upgrading of the characteristic industry, etc. On this basis, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of innovative villages and towns, such as extensive development mode, weak innovation ability, and innovation environment to be improved.
