浙江省建设用地扩展与经济发展的关系研究

【摘要】：浙江省经济迅速发展,土地资源与用地需求之间的矛盾逐渐激化。粗放的土地利用方式仍然存在。未来土地如何保障经济发展成为了全省各界讨论的焦点,此时探讨浙江省建设用地扩展与经济发展的关系非常具有现实意义。本研究以浙江省作为研究对象,采用实证研究、比较分析和计量分析相结合的方式,定量分析了浙江省建设用地扩展与经济发展之间的关系。首先,简要介绍了浙江经济发展情况,并对浙江省建设用地扩展的时空特征进行了研究；其次,应用Pearson相关分析、柯布道格拉斯生产函数及多元回归分析对经济发展的各个方面与建设用地扩展之间的单向关系进行探讨；然后,建立了建设用地扩展与经济发展的联立方程,对两者的互动关系进行了分析。本文研究结论如下： 1、浙江省的建设用地规模不断增大,年增长率经历了“上升-回落、稳定-突变-低位稳定”的过程,与GDP增长的过程具有较强的同步性；工业和城镇用地为主要扩展类型,建设用地利用效率增加的势头减缓；建设用地空间分布较为均衡,东南沿海地区扩展速度较快； 2.浙江省建设用地规模与经济规模、产业结构均具有高度的相关性,并体现为线性的正相关,建设用地与经济发展具有紧密的联系； 3.浙江省建设用地对二三产业经济增长具有较大贡献,并且贡献程度在研究期间比较稳定。技术进步和资本投入也对浙江省经济有着重要作用,其中科技进步的带动作用始终处于较高的水平。 4.浙江省二三产业发展对建设用地扩展都有推动作用,其中第二产业的推动作用更强；而第一产业对建设用地扩展作用并不显著。 5.浙江省建设用地扩展与经济发展相互影响、相互作用。浙江省建设用地扩展受到经济规模增长、集约利用水平、工业化的共同作用,同时建设用地对经济增长、产业结构调整和工业化都具有显著影响,但对城镇化进程的影响很小。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of Zhejiang Province, the contradiction between land resources and land demand is gradually intensified. Extensive land use still exists. How to ensure the economic development of land in the future has become the focus of discussion in the whole province. At this time, it is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between the expansion of construction land and economic development in Zhejiang Province. This research takes Zhejiang Province as the research object, adopts the empirical research, the comparative analysis and the econometric analysis unifies the way, has quantitatively analyzed the relation between the Zhejiang Province construction land expansion and the economic development. Firstly, it briefly introduces the economic development of Zhejiang Province, and studies the space-time characteristics of construction land expansion in Zhejiang Province. Secondly, it applies Pearson correlation analysis. Cobb Douglas production function and multiple regression analysis discuss the unidirectional relationship between each aspect of economic development and construction land expansion, and then establish the simultaneous equation between construction land expansion and economic development. The interaction between the two is analyzed. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. The scale of construction land in Zhejiang Province has been increasing, and the annual growth rate has experienced the process of "rising-falling, stabilizing-mutation-low stability", which has a strong synchronism with the process of GDP growth, and industrial and urban land use is the main expansion type. The increasing efficiency of construction land use is slow down, the spatial distribution of construction land is more balanced, and the expansion speed of southeast coastal area is faster; 2. The scale of construction land in Zhejiang Province has a high correlation with economic scale and industrial structure, which is reflected in linear positive correlation, and construction land is closely related to economic development. 3. Construction land in Zhejiang province has great contribution to the economic growth of secondary and tertiary industries, and the contribution degree is relatively stable during the period of study. Technological progress and capital investment also play an important role in the economy of Zhejiang Province, among which the leading role of scientific and technological progress has always been in a higher level. 4. The development of the secondary and tertiary industries in Zhejiang Province has promoted the expansion of construction land, among which the second industry has a stronger role, while the first industry has no significant effect on the expansion of construction land. 5. Zhejiang Province construction land expansion and economic development interaction and interaction. The expansion of construction land in Zhejiang Province is affected by the economic scale growth, intensive utilization level and industrialization. At the same time, construction land has a significant impact on economic growth, industrial structure adjustment and industrialization, but has little effect on the process of urbanization.
