低碳经济发展水平评价及区域比较分析——以新疆为例

【摘要】：运用2012年中国新疆的数据,从低碳产出指标、低碳排放指标、低碳消费指标、低碳资源指标、低碳支撑指标、经济发展指标6个方面对新疆低碳经济发展水平进行分析,利用中国30个省、自治区、直辖市的数据,分析中国低碳经济发展水平的区域差异。分析结果显示:(1)新疆低碳经济发展水平与全国平均水平相比差距较大;(2)各省份低碳经济发展水平差距较大,呈现出从东南沿海向西北逐渐递减的规律,其中山西、内蒙古、宁夏低碳经济发展水平较差,而东南沿海低碳经济发展水平较高。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Xinjiang in 2012, this paper analyzes the development level of low carbon economy in Xinjiang from six aspects: low carbon output index, low carbon emission index, low carbon consumption index, low carbon resource index, low carbon support index and economic development index. Based on the data of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, this paper analyzes the regional differences in the development level of China's low-carbon economy. The results show that: (1) compared with the national average, the development level of low-carbon economy in Xinjiang is quite different from the national average, and (2) the development level of low-carbon economy in various provinces has a large gap, which is gradually decreasing from the southeast coast to the northwest, in which Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia low-carbon economy development level is poor, but southeast coast low-carbon economy development level is higher.
