中国—东盟自由贸易区背景下广西海洋经济发展研究

【摘要】：中国—东盟自由贸易区成立以来,广西的海洋经济总量持续增长,海洋产业结构不断优化,部分海洋产业发展迅速。然而,广西海洋资源禀赋高却未被充分利用,与其他海洋经济较发达的省市相比,海洋经济总量较小、海洋产业结构优化度较低、海洋基础设施建设相对落后,亟须实现海洋资源的高效利用,进一步优化海洋产业结构,加快海洋基础设施建设,最终实现海洋经济快速且持续发展。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Guangxi's marine economy has been growing continuously, the marine industrial structure has been optimized, and some marine industries have developed rapidly. However, Guangxi's marine resource endowment is not fully utilized. Compared with other provinces and cities with more developed marine economy, the total amount of marine economy is smaller, the degree of optimization of marine industrial structure is lower, and the construction of marine infrastructure is relatively backward. It is urgent to realize the efficient utilization of marine resources, further optimize the marine industrial structure, speed up the construction of marine infrastructure, and finally realize the rapid and sustainable development of marine economy.
