以智慧经济促进发展与环保共赢

【摘要】：人类在短短的二、三百年的发展历程里,似乎无意中闯入了越发展越危险的怪圈,时刻面临"创造性毁灭"之威胁,进入了经济发展与环境保护的两难窘境。这一现实窘境实为人类无节制的欲望与错误的发展路径所致。为解决经济发展与环境保护两难问题,力挽人类之危机,必须从人类自身做起,树立绿色发展理念,发展智慧经济,做好顶层设计。
[Abstract]:In the course of two or three hundred years of development, mankind seems to have inadvertently broken into the increasingly dangerous circle of development, faced with the threat of "creative destruction" and entered the dilemma of economic development and environmental protection. This dilemma is caused by human's unrestrained desire and wrong path of development. In order to solve the dilemma between economic development and environmental protection, we must set up the concept of green development, develop intelligent economy and do a good job of top-level design in order to solve the dilemma of economic development and environmental protection.
