四川省产业结构与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】：我国经历了三十年的平稳快速发展,取得了巨大成就,已经从一个农业大国转型成为一个传统意义上的工业大国。但是我国的经济增长仍依靠粗放式的增长模式,产业结构不合理,产业间的经济资源未能得到合理有效的配置和流通；工业制造业走单纯的粗放型、消耗型发展道路,带来大量环境的污染；第二产业在国民经济中所占比重最大,经济发展仍主要依靠第二产业；第三产业所占的比重离发达国家仍有一定的差距。 面对当前的新形势,新问题,切实认识到改变现状的迫切性,党的十七大提出了“加快转变经济发展方式,推进产业结构优化升级”的经济指导方针。因为产业结构影响着社会经济生活的许多方面,对国民经济的发展有着深远的影响。调整产业结构,促进产业结构优化升级能够有效促进经济的长远健康发展。 经济结构(主要是指产业结构)随经济增长和发展而变动,并且能够反过来作用于一国的经济增长。它既是以往经济增长的结果,同时也是未来经济增长的既定基础,是影响一国经济增长的重要因素。而经济的增长也会带来三次产业格局的变化和产业结构内部的变动。可以看出两者之间存在着相互关系,相互影响,互为因果。 本文主要是对四川省产业结构与经济增长进行研究。首先从产业结构转变能够影响经济增长这个基本理论出发,对产业结构的概念进行回顾,然后对产业结构与经济增长关系的文献进行整理,为接下来的实证打下理论基础。经济增长和经济发展对笔者来说,是两个既有联系,但是内涵不同的两个概念。因此本文还特别阐述了经济增长和经济发展中的联系和区别。接下来对四川省产业结构现状进行描述,为后面的实证准备现实材料。实证之后,针对四川省出现的具体经济社会现象——成都“一城独大”的情况进行分析,以便更深入的了解四川经济的发展状况。最后针对具体问题,以产业结构优化和经济发展为目的,给出产业结构转变和经济发展的建议。 本文具体结构如下： 第一部分主要是交代研究问题的背景,然后由此引入研究的问题,并对研究此问题的意义进行明确,再对整篇文章的结构进行一个简单的说明。 第二部分是对论文涉及的相关概念,如产业结构、经济增长进行细致界定,为后来的研究工作限定好范围。然后紧扣文章主题,对产业结构转变和经济增长相关的国内外文献进行回顾,做好理论方面的准备工作。最后对经济增长和经济发展两个有关系但同时有区别的概念进行阐述,并得出结论认为产业结构优化必须以经济发展为目的,不能单纯的追求经济增长而忽视其他社会目标。 第三部分是对四川省的产业结构现状及三次产业结构内部情况进行分析,并对三次产业的演进过程进行回顾,为下一部分的实证分析给予现实依据。 第四部分对四川省的产业结构与经济增长进行了实证研究,发掘四川省产业结构变化与经济增长的影响关系。 第五部分是单列出成都市在四川经济中“一城独大”的情况进行分析。首先追述了其形成的原因,然后对其经济现状和产业格局进行细致描述,再运用偏离——份额模型对成都市的产业结构进行验证,最后归纳出成都市对四川经济的影响。 第六部分主要结合现实状况,宏观经济政策,以产业结构优化和经济发展为目标,给出四川省产业结构调整的思路和对策。最后一部分进行总结和展望。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of steady and rapid development, China has made great achievements, and has transformed from an agricultural country into an industrial country in the traditional sense. The industrial manufacturing industry takes a simple and extensive, consumptive development path, which brings a lot of environmental pollution; the second industry accounts for the largest proportion in the national economy, and the economic development still mainly depends on the second industry; the proportion of the third industry still has a certain gap from the developed countries.
Facing the new situation, new problems and realizing the urgency of changing the present situation, the 17th National Congress of the CPC put forward the economic guidelines of "speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure". The whole industrial structure and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can effectively promote the long-term healthy development of the economy.
The economic structure (mainly refers to the industrial structure) changes with the economic growth and development, and can act on the economic growth of a country in turn. It is not only the result of past economic growth, but also the established basis of future economic growth. It is also an important factor affecting the economic growth of a country. Changes and changes within the industrial structure can be seen that there is a mutual relationship between the two, mutual influence, mutual cause and effect.
This paper mainly studies the industrial structure and economic growth of Sichuan Province. First, it reviews the concept of industrial structure from the basic theory that industrial structure transformation can affect economic growth, and then collates the literature on the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth, laying a theoretical foundation for the following empirical study. Economic development for the author, is two existing links, but the connotation of the two concepts are different. Therefore, this paper also describes the economic growth and economic development of the links and differences. The economic and social phenomenon of Chengdu is analyzed in order to get a better understanding of the economic development of Sichuan Province. Finally, aiming at the specific problems, the paper gives some suggestions on the transformation of industrial structure and economic development for the purpose of optimizing industrial structure and economic development.
The structure of this paper is as follows:
The first part is mainly to explain the background of the research question, then introduce the research question, and make clear the significance of the research question, and then give a simple explanation to the structure of the whole article.
The second part is to define the related concepts, such as industrial structure and economic growth, so as to limit the scope of the subsequent research work. This paper expounds the two related but different concepts and draws a conclusion that the optimization of industrial structure must aim at economic development and should not simply pursue economic growth but neglect other social goals.
The third part analyzes the present situation of industrial structure and the internal situation of the three industrial structures in Sichuan Province, and reviews the evolution process of the three industries, providing realistic basis for the empirical analysis of the next part.
The fourth part makes an empirical study on the industrial structure and economic growth of Sichuan Province, and explores the relationship between the changes of industrial structure and economic growth.
The fifth part lists the situation of Chengdu's "one city is the biggest" in Sichuan's economy separately and analyzes it. First, it traces the reasons for its formation, then describes its economic status and industrial structure in detail, and then verifies the industrial structure of Chengdu by using the deviation-share model. Finally, it concludes that Chengdu has a strong influence on Sichuan's economy. Influence.
The sixth part mainly combines the actual situation, macroeconomic policies, industrial structure optimization and economic development as the goal, gives the ideas and Countermeasures of industrial restructuring in Sichuan Province.
