基于创新生态系统的技术创新扩散与捕获研究

【摘要】：中国用30多年时间即将走完发达国家用百年才完成的工业化发展之路,但也面临着经济发展的“内忧外患”和资源能源的强约束。因此,通过自主创新,提高国家创新能力是保证我国经济发展的关键。同时,现代企业的创新活动已具有明显的集聚趋势,产业竞争也逐渐表现为以平台和技术标准为代表的创新种群乃至创新生态系统之间的竞争。在这种背景下,本文基于创新生态系统理论,对技术创新扩散与捕获展开研究,具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。首先,本文从不同角度对创新生态系统、技术创新扩散、技术创新捕获等概念进行了综述,总结了国内外相关理论的研究进展,明确了研究方向。其次,在调查研究与理论继承的基础上,从系统形成过程与构成要素等方面构建创新生态系统理论模型。并指出创新生态系统是以系统创新涌现为目标,在一定时空范围内,企业、高校、科研机构、金融机构、中介机构、政府机构等主体相互作用,形成稳定的创新网络,通过主体之间以及与创新环境之间不断进行知识、人才、资金与信息交换而形成的具有生态特性的复杂适应系统。再次,在提出创新势能概念的基础上,进一步诠释了技术创新扩散与捕获的内涵。认为初始创新势能决定了系统中扩散主体与捕获主体的定位,技术创新扩散与捕获的过程是主体通过创新扩散的两条路径(发散与收敛),不断强化资源积累,提高自身创新势能的过程。同时,在这一过程中还伴随着主体间关系由偏利共生或寄生向互利共生的转变。并运用logistic模型分析系统的创新演进过程,划分创新发展阶段。最后,以中关村创新生态系统为案例,总结了系统主要创新种群的发展现状以及物质与能量流动情况,定量分析系统的创新演进进程。并在理论分析与案例总结的基础上,提出促进创新生态系统发展的对策建议。本文的创新之处在于引入生态学、系统科学以及企业能力理论,以创新势能为切入点,研究创新生态系统中的技术创新扩散与捕获,丰富和发展了创新生态系统的内涵以及技术创新扩散的相关研究。
[Abstract]:It will take more than 30 years for China to complete the industrialization development of developed countries in a hundred years, but it is also facing the "internal and external problems" of economic development and the strong constraints of resources and energy. Therefore, improving the national innovation ability through independent innovation is the key to ensure the economic development of our country. At the same time, the innovation activities of modern enterprises have an obvious agglomeration trend, and the industrial competition is gradually manifested as the competition among innovation populations and even innovation ecosystems represented by platforms and technical standards. Under this background, based on the theory of innovation ecosystem, this paper studies the diffusion and capture of technological innovation, which is of great theoretical significance and practical value. First of all, this paper summarizes the concepts of innovation ecosystem, technological innovation diffusion and technological innovation capture from different angles, summarizes the research progress of related theories at home and abroad, and clarifies the research direction. Secondly, on the basis of investigation and theoretical inheritance, the theoretical model of innovative ecosystem is constructed from the aspects of system formation process and constituent elements. It is pointed out that the innovation ecosystem is a complex adaptive system with ecological characteristics formed by the interaction of enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, financial institutions, intermediary institutions, government agencies and other subjects in a certain space-time range, through the continuous exchange of knowledge, talents, funds and information between the subjects and with the innovation environment. Thirdly, on the basis of putting forward the concept of innovation potential energy, the connotation of diffusion and capture of technological innovation is further explained. It is considered that the initial innovation potential energy determines the orientation of the diffusion subject and the capture subject in the system, and the process of the diffusion and capture of technological innovation is the process of the main body spreading through innovation (divergence and convergence), constantly strengthening the accumulation of resources and improving the potential energy of its own innovation. At the same time, this process is accompanied by the transformation of the relationship between subjects from partial profit symbiosis or parasitic to mutually beneficial symbiosis. The logistic model is used to analyze the innovation evolution process of the system, and the innovation development stage is divided. Finally, taking Zhongguancun innovation ecosystem as an example, the development status and material and energy flow of the main innovation populations in the system are summarized, and the innovation evolution process of the system is quantitatively analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis and case summary, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of innovative ecosystem. The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of ecology, system science and enterprise capability theory, and takes the innovation potential energy as the starting point to study the diffusion and capture of technological innovation in innovation ecosystem, which enriches and develops the connotation of innovation ecosystem and the related research of technological innovation diffusion.
