产业分工、产业转移及有机产业链的形成与延伸

【摘要】：市场经济条件下.分工是市场各参加者发挥各自比较优势、参与竞争的结果一定范围内的分工体现了各参与方的相对优势和实力对比,由于各参与方的相对优势和实力对比会发生变化,分工也处于不断演进之中,分工在地区间的调整形成了产业转移。产业转移也是转出地、转入地产业升级的过程。产业分工决定了全球范围内产业链上各节点的分布。分工的变化和产业转移促成全球范围内产业链上节点分布的变化。战后,全球范围内经历了产业由先发达国家向后发达国家转移的过程。我国改革开放之后承接了世界范围内的产业转移,目前正在进行国内由东部向中西部的转移。中西部地区在国际国内产业转移的背景下,应该力争发展有比较优势、有利于提升产业地位的关键节点,通过承接产业转移掌握核心技术和发展自主品牌,实现产业结构优化升级.提升在国内外分工中的地位。

The division of labor within a certain range of the results of the competition reflects the comparative advantage and strength comparison of each participant. Because the comparative advantage and strength comparison of each participant will change, the division of labor is also in continuous evolution, and the adjustment of division of labor among regions has formed industrial transfer. Industrial transfer is also the process of transferring out of the land and upgrading the real estate industry. The industrial division of labor determines the distribution of nodes in the global industrial chain. Changes in division of labor and industrial transfer contribute to changes in the distribution of nodes in the global industrial chain. After the war, the global scale experienced the process of industry transfer from the first developed country to the later developed country. After China's reform and opening up, China has undertaken the worldwide industrial transfer, and is currently transferring from the east to the central and western regions. Under the background of international and domestic industrial transfer, the central and western regions should strive to develop comparative advantages, which is conducive to the promotion of the key nodes of industrial status, and achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure by undertaking industrial transfer to master core technology and develop independent brands. Promote the position in the division of labor at home and abroad.
