煤矿通风地理信息系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随着国家经济建设高速发展,国家对煤炭资源的需求量日益增大。由于煤矿井下生产环境的特殊性,安全生产一直是困扰该行业的难题,每年都有一定数量的煤矿事故发生,其中与通风有关的事故占比重最大,危害也最大。主要原因是复杂的煤矿井下通风环境、不规范的煤矿通风管理及工作人员的不规范操作。近年来,随着我国国力的大幅提升,国家从中央到地方对煤矿安全生产已高度重视,投入也逐渐增多。因计算机科学、GIS技术、数据库技术和计算机网络的高速发展,根据现有技术完全可以研发煤矿通风地理信息系统。 本文针对我国煤炭生产企业安全管理的现状,在阅读大量国内外文献的基础上,通过对矿井生产过程中井下的信息特点以及煤矿企业井下生产现状等的调查和研究,设计了煤矿通风地理信息系统。此系统主要实现基于GIS与现有煤矿监测系统软件的整合升级、常用通风专业模型的建立、通风专业模型与GIS空间数据的结合、管理煤矿所用通风信息系统数据库的建立,可以为煤矿通风参数提供集成的数据环境和可视化平台,用于指导煤矿安全生产和灾害防治,最终实现煤矿通风安全信息管理的现代化,从而使煤矿通风信息的管理和处理工作更加方便、快捷、系统和规范。 本系统采用UML建模语言进行设计,使用面向对象的开发语言和GIS组件技术进行开发,具体采用了C#.NET和ArcGIS Engine,采用Oracle和ArcSDE数据引擎建立数据库,较好地实现了预期的目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economic construction, the national demand for coal resources is increasing day by day. Due to the particularity of underground production environment, safety production has been a difficult problem for the industry, and a certain number of coal mine accidents occur every year. Among them, the accidents related to ventilation account for the largest proportion and the greatest harm. The main reasons are the complicated underground ventilation environment, the non-standard ventilation management of coal mines and the nonstandard operation of the workers. In recent years, with the development of China's national strength, The state has attached great importance to the safety of coal mine production from the central to the local level, and the investment has gradually increased. As a result of the rapid development of computer science and GIS technology, database technology and computer network, According to the existing technology, coal mine ventilation geographic information system can be developed. In view of the present situation of safety management of coal production enterprises in our country, based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign documents, this paper investigates and studies the characteristics of underground information in the process of mine production and the present situation of underground production in coal mining enterprises. This system mainly realizes the integration and upgrading of GIS and existing coal mine monitoring system software, the establishment of common ventilation professional model, the combination of ventilation professional model and GIS spatial data. The establishment of the database of ventilation information system for coal mine management can provide integrated data environment and visual platform for coal mine ventilation parameters, which can be used to guide coal mine safety production and disaster prevention. Finally, the modernization of mine ventilation safety information management is realized, which makes the management and processing of coal mine ventilation information more convenient, fast, systematic and standardized. This system adopts UML modeling language to design, uses object-oriented development language and GIS component technology to develop, concretely uses C#.NET and ArcGIS engineer, uses Oracle and ArcSDE data engine to establish the database, has achieved the anticipated goal well.
