新型脚手架施工方案防火安全性

【摘要】:提出钢材踏板与竹枋踏板间隔布置的新型脚手架,针对传统脚手架、新型脚手架两种施工方案分别设计火灾场景,从温度和热流量两方面进行数值模拟分析。结果表明,传统脚手架施工方案中,距离着火层1.8m处的踏板在模拟时间400s内最高温度超过300℃,热流量超过16kW/m2;新型脚手架施工方案中,距离着火层3.6 m处的踏板在模拟时间400s内最高温度低于250℃,热流量低于5kW/m2。根据相关判据,传统脚手架被点燃的风险较高,而新型脚手架被点燃的风险较低。新型脚手架施工方案由于采用了不燃的钢材踏板作为阻隔,有效地降低了火灾在竖向的蔓延风险,较传统脚手架施工方案有更好的防火安全性。
