矿用箕斗卸载点智能防尘洒水装置的研制

【摘要】：简要介绍目前我国主井提升箕斗卸载点的防尘洒水措施的现状以及现有卸载点防尘装置存在的不足。根据矿井煤流系统的输送特点和超声波传感器的特点,设计了一种基于超声波传感器检测箕斗卸载点的自动防尘洒水装置,实践表明该装置适合在矿井防尘系统中应用。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the present situation of dustproof sprinkler measures at the unloading point of lifting skip of main shaft in China and the shortcomings of existing dustproof devices at unloading points. According to the transportation characteristics of coal flow system and the characteristics of ultrasonic sensor, an automatic dustproof sprinkler based on ultrasonic sensor to detect the unloading point of skip is designed. The practice shows that the device is suitable for application in coal mine dust control system.
