矿用防灭火材料性能实验研究

【摘要】:通过实验研究不同反应条件下合成的酚醛树脂的理化性能,得出随着反应温度升高、时间延长和催化剂用量的增加,酚醛树脂的黏度、固含量、羟甲基指数逐渐增加,而树脂中游离甲醛、游离苯酚逐渐减少;树脂发泡最好的合成条件是20%的催化剂溶液20 g,反应温度75℃,反应时间3 h,其各项性能指标是:黏度为2 250 m Pa·s,固含量为76.5%,p H值为8.19,游离甲醛含量为1.73%,游离苯酚含量为8.89%,凝胶时间为28.76 s,羟甲基指数为1.51。
[Abstract]:The physical and chemical properties of phenolic resin synthesized under different reaction conditions were studied experimentally. the results showed that the viscosity, solid content and hydroxymethyl index of phenolic resin increased gradually with the increase of reaction temperature, time and catalyst dosage.
