基于价值工程的同德围南北立交桥工程钢平台施工方案比较研究

【摘要】:广州市同德围南北立交桥建设在河涌上面,要搭设水上钢平台作为施工平台。水上钢平台,耗费材料量巨大,造价不菲,是同德围南北立交桥项目中的一个很重要的部分。施工方要求在满足技术指标前提下,要考虑经济成本,确保经济效益。因此,论文对该项目的水上钢平台施工方案进行了基于价值工程原理的研究。论文首先介绍了同德围南北立交桥的项目管理概况,分析了项目的难点重点,根据拟定的管理目标,建立了项目管理组织架构,并建立了质量、工期、成本、安全方面的管理体系。其后,针对同德围南北立交桥的工程难点——大型水上钢平台,运用价值工程原理进行了四种施工方案的比较,列出了各种施工方案的优缺点,在难度,工期,成本,质量,效率方面进行了比较和评估,进行了功能系统分析,功能评价,然后计算成本系数C,功能评价值F,功能价值V,经分析后确定其中最合适的施工方案,并对比选出来的方案进行了优化和验算实施。论文最后对实际实施的方案和效果进行了评价。该研究成果在项目实施过程中带来了一定的技术经济效益。本论文通过价值工程理论手段,从四个备选方案中选择了一个能确保承载力使用功能,施工速度快,降低成本,提高材料回收率,相对应传统钢平台更具经济效益的钢平台施工方案。该方案的选取,有利于广州市同德围南北高架桥施工项目的开展,有助于实现项目目标。该遴选方案的方法有一定的推广价值,可以为同行从事类似项目提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou Tongde Wai North and South overpass construction in the river above, to set up a steel platform as the construction platform. Water steel platform, the cost of material is huge, the cost is not cheap. It is a very important part in the project of Tongde Wai North and South overpass. The constructor requires that the economic cost should be considered and the economic benefit should be ensured under the premise of meeting the technical index. Based on the theory of value engineering, the paper first introduces the project management of Tongde Wai North and South Interchange, and analyzes the key points of the project. According to the proposed management objectives, set up the project management organization structure, and set up the quality, duration, cost, safety management system. Aiming at the engineering difficulty of Tongde Wai North and South overpass-large steel platform on water, this paper compares four construction schemes by using the principle of value engineering, and lists the advantages and disadvantages of various construction schemes, such as difficulty, time limit and cost. Quality and efficiency were compared and evaluated, function system analysis, function evaluation, cost coefficient C, function evaluation value F, function value V were calculated. After analysis, the most suitable construction scheme is determined. In the end, the scheme and effect of actual implementation are evaluated. The research results bring certain technical and economic benefits in the process of project implementation. Through the theory of value engineering. One of the four options is selected to ensure the carrying capacity of the utility, the speed of construction is fast, the cost is reduced, and the recovery rate of materials is increased. Corresponding to the traditional steel platform more economic benefit of steel platform construction plan. The selection of the scheme is conducive to the construction project of Tongde Wai North and South Viaduct in Guangzhou City. It is helpful to realize the project goal. The method of selecting the project has certain popularization value, and can provide some reference and reference for the peers engaged in similar projects.
