城市道路网络交叉口选型方法研究

【摘要】:交叉口作为相交道路车辆转向的节点,存在各向交通流的冲突,往往成为道路交通网络的瓶颈。交叉口有信号控制交叉口、无信号控制交叉口以及立体交叉口等多种形式,不同类型交叉口的交通流组织方式各不相同,对机动车出行路径选择乃至道路交通网络的整体运行具有重要的影响。因此,有必要对路网中交叉口的选型问题进行研究。本文在既有道路网络的框架下,考虑了用地条件的约束,首先给出了四种不需要占用额外道路空间交叉口的负效用公式,在此基础上研究了两个问题:(1)无信号、信号交叉口选点问题;(2)信号交叉口、跨线桥选点与选型问题。针对这两个问题分别建立了综合交叉口选型和路网交通分配的模型。接着将模型转化为混合0-1双层整数规划问题,上层目标是为了获得最小的路网总负效用,下层是考虑了路段旅行时间、交叉口延误及安全性的确定性用户均衡(UE)问题。最后开发了基于遗传算法(GA)的启发式算法来求解该模型,并通过数值算例验证了模型的有效性和正确性。研究结果表明:(1)对于无信号、信号交叉口选点研究,决定信号灯的位置及优化信号周期对减小路网总负效用起至关重要的作用;(2)对于信号交叉口、跨线桥选点与选型研究,合理的交叉口类型可以有效地减少路网总负效用。此外,模型还可以应用于不同投资预算下交叉口类型的合理选择上,为了解投资的边际效用、确定投资额提供了方法。
[Abstract]:As the turning node of intersecting road vehicles, the intersection often becomes the bottleneck of the road traffic network because of the conflict of the traffic flow in each direction. The intersection has signal control intersection. No signal control intersection and three-dimensional intersection and other forms, different types of intersection traffic flow organization is different. Therefore, it is necessary to study the selection of intersections in the road network. This paper is based on the existing road network framework. Considering the constraints of land use conditions, four negative utility formulas are given, which do not need to occupy extra road space intersection. On this basis, two problems: 1) No-signalized intersection and signalized intersection point selection are studied. Signal intersection. In view of these two problems, the models of integrated intersection selection and road network traffic assignment are established, and then the model is transformed into a mixed 0-1 bilevel integer programming problem. The upper objective is to achieve the minimum total negative utility of the road network, and the lower level takes into account the travel time of the road. Finally, a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA) is developed to solve this model. A numerical example is given to verify the validity and correctness of the model. Determining the position of the signal light and optimizing the signal cycle play an important role in reducing the total negative utility of the road network. 2) for signalized intersections, the reasonable intersection type can effectively reduce the total negative utility of the road network. The model can also be applied to the rational selection of intersection types under different investment budgets, which provides a method for understanding the marginal utility of investment and determining the investment amount.
