【摘要】：随着城市经济、文化的迅速发展,人们生活水平的提高,出行需求发生了巨大变化。一方面,人们的出行需求越来越大：另一方面,人们出行方式的选择也越来越趋向于选择个人交道工具,小汽车的保有量越来越高,导致城市道路资源严重缺乏,交通事故、环境污染屡屡发生。城市交通日趋拥堵、整个城市的环境日渐恶化,城市交通问题已引起了社会各界的广泛关注。优先发展公共交通是缓解城市交通拥堵,改善城市交通环境的根本出路。公共交通是一种社会群体型交通,它具有人均占有道路面积少、载客量大的优点,私人交通工具则相反。城市公共交通是对城市的经济发展和人们的日常生活有重要的影响,与人民群众生产生活息息相关的重要基础设施。乌鲁木齐市公共交通主要有公共汽车和出租汽车。公共交通是城市人们出行的主要交通方式之一。城市公共交通在居民出行方式中的主体地位的城市发展模式,以此促进城市交通与城市发展的良性互动,缓解城市交通拥堵。本论文在国内外常规公交系统现状归纳总结的基础上对乌鲁术齐市常规公共交通乘客满意度状况进行实地问卷调查分析与数据分析处理。其主要研究内容：(1)通过实地调查与数据处理分析找出乌鲁木齐市常规公交系统中存在的实际问题。参考“鸟鲁木齐市创建公交都市示范城市工作方案”中的一些指标,结合乌鲁木齐市目前的实际情况并运用专家咨询法确定了指标权重。(2)结合论文所建立指标体系特点,构建了基于综合模糊评价法的常规公交车乘客满意度总评价。通过评价模型,可获得论文中所选研究的32个指标的总评价结果为满意。从而,为乌鲁木齐市交通管理方案的制定和实施提供参考。(3)提出了改善乌鲁木齐市常规公交乘客满意度的对策和建议,对乌鲁木齐市未来常规公交的发展起到一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban economy and culture and the improvement of people's living standard, the travel demand has changed greatly. On the one hand, people's travel demand is increasing; on the other hand. People's choice of travel mode is also more and more tend to choose personal crossing tools, the number of cars is more and more high, resulting in a serious lack of urban road resources, traffic accidents. Environmental pollution occurs frequently. Urban traffic is becoming more and more congested, the environment of the whole city is worsening day by day. Urban traffic problems have aroused the widespread concern of the society. The priority to develop public transport is to alleviate urban traffic congestion. Public transport is a kind of social group traffic, which has the advantages of less road area per capita and large capacity of passengers. Private transport is the opposite. Urban public transport has an important impact on the economic development of the city and people's daily life. Important infrastructure closely related to the production and life of the people. Urumqi city public transport is mainly bus and taxi. Public transport is one of the main modes of transportation for urban people. Urban public transport. The main status of the urban development model in the resident travel mode. In order to promote the positive interaction between urban traffic and urban development. In this paper, based on the summary of the current situation of routine public transport system at home and abroad, the satisfaction degree of routine public transport passengers in Uruzhouqi city is analyzed by questionnaire survey and data analysis. Main research contents:. (. 1) through field investigation and data processing analysis to find out the practical problems in Urumqi bus system. Combined with the actual situation of Urumqi City and the use of expert consultation method to determine the index weight. 2) combined with the characteristics of the index system established in the paper. The general evaluation of bus passenger satisfaction based on comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is constructed. Through the evaluation model, the total evaluation results of 32 indexes selected in the paper can be obtained as satisfactory. For the Urumqi city traffic management plan formulation and implementation provides the reference. 3) has proposed the improvement Urumqi city routine bus passenger satisfaction degree countermeasure and the suggestion.
