基于振动测试的桥梁损伤识别研究

【摘要】:随着桥梁服役年限的延长以及公路交通量迅猛增加和载重吨位的加重,越来越多的桥梁出现承载力不足,桥梁结构老化,破损等问题。对于这些危旧桥梁若要一次全部进行重建,不仅需要大量的资金,而且还需要较长时间的封闭交通,对国民经济的发展建设以及人们的出行造成很大的困扰,这就要求寻求一种简单高效的方法对现有在役桥梁进行检测和评估,发现损伤以及损伤程度,以了解桥梁的现状,如承载力、剩余使用寿命等等是否满足有关规范的要求,并根据不同的情况制定正确的维修政策,及时恢复桥梁的承载力延长桥梁的使用寿命,避免事故的发生,保证人民的生命安全。因此对桥梁进行损伤识别的研究具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文依托承德市公路工程管理处“公路桥梁损伤振动监控技术研究”项目,对基于振动测试的桥梁损伤识别方法进行研究。论文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,研究完好及不同破损程度下钢筋混凝土桥的挠度和频率的变化规律,建立了挠度校验系数与频率校验系数的数学模型关系式,通过对京承高速牦牛河大桥现场振动模态试验,和利用MIDAS建立的有限元模型进行对比分析,对该桥是否存在损伤做出评定,同时验证了现场振动模态测试的频率系数对桥梁损伤进行识别的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the extension of the service life of the bridge and the rapid increase of highway traffic volume and the aggravation of the load tonnage, more and more bridges appear insufficient bearing capacity and aging of the bridge structure. To rebuild these dangerous old bridges at one time, not only a lot of money is needed, but also a long period of closed traffic is needed. For the development of the national economy and people's travel caused great trouble, which requires to find a simple and efficient way to detect and evaluate the existing bridges in service, and find the damage and the degree of damage. In order to understand the current situation of the bridge, such as bearing capacity, residual service life and so on whether meet the requirements of the relevant specifications, and according to different conditions to formulate the correct maintenance policy. Timely recovery of the bearing capacity of the bridge to prolong the service life of the bridge, to avoid accidents. Therefore, the research on bridge damage identification has important theoretical significance and practical value. This paper relies on Chengde City Highway Engineering Management Office "Highway Bridge damage Vibration Monitoring Technology Research" Project. On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, this paper studies the deflection and frequency of reinforced concrete bridge under the condition of intact and different damage degree. The mathematical model of deflection check coefficient and frequency check coefficient is established. Through the field vibration modal test of Jingcheng high-speed yak river bridge and the finite element model established by MIDAS, the finite element model is compared and analyzed. The damage of the bridge is evaluated, and the validity of the frequency coefficient of the vibration modal test is verified.
